The campus facilities meet the necessary academic needs.

Placements: Since our batch is the first from this department, placement outcomes are not yet available. Even though students are encouraged to focus on skill development and internships alongside academics. However, the college is actively developing its placement cell and connections.

Infrastructure: The department is equipped with basic academic infrastructure. Laboratories are available and are gradually being upgraded as the department is relatively new. The quality of the food in the canteen is good and the hygiene is good. The institution encourages students to take part in extracurricular and curricular activities too.

Faculty: The faculty members are knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive, too. The curriculum is structured well and covers all the fundamentals and necessary concepts required for the course. The exams are actually conducted as per the college norms, it is neither very easy nor extremely difficult.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested and its scope for future opportunities. As the department is in its early stages, it should improve laboratory facilities and core placement-related training. This college organizes one of the best and finest campus fests and events.

Good infrastructure and growing opportunities. Supportive faculty and positive campus experience.

Placements: As we are the first batch, we are not well aware of the placements in our department, but in reviewing the overall college-wide placements, the other departments have 75-80 percent of the students placed in the top-most companies. The placement opportunities for our course are still developing, but the faculty support, exposure, and training are excellent. We're confident that in the coming years, Biotechnology will also achieve strong placement results similar to other departments in the college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the Biotechnology department is well-developed and constantly improving. The department has well-developed and well-equipped laboratories for microbiology, cell biology, etc. Classrooms are spacious and have well-facilitated Wi-Fi all over the campus. The hostel's facilities are quite good and comfortable. Rooms are clean and maintained regularly, and basics like Wi-Fi, laundry, and study areas are available. The mess food is decent, with both veg and non-vegetarian options, and the canteen serves hygienic snacks at affordable prices.

Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable. All the faculty members are well-qualified with postgraduate or doctoral degrees in biotechnology and related fields. To explain the concepts clearly, give personal attention to students, and also guide them in projects, research works, and internships. The curriculum is well-structured and updated, covering both core and advanced topics. The semester exams are moderate in difficulty, students who attend the classes regularly and study consistently can easily clear them. The pass percentage is above 5CGPA.

Other: There are many extracurricular classes present in our college. As I am in the first batch of biotechnology, my experience so far has been very positive. I chose this course because I've always been interested in life sciences and research. The campus crowd is friendly and diverse, and there's a good mix of academics and extracurricular activities. Overall, the experience in this college is motivating and enjoyable.

Infrastructure: The canteen offers a better variety with reasonable prices, there is a fixed menu, and the quality is quite consistent. Sports and games are provided with excellent infrastructure, equipment availability is decent, and overall supportive. Medical facilities are satisfactory.

Good placements for students.

Placements: In my course, there is 100% placements. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest package is 6 LPA. The recruiting company is Infosys. 100 percent of students got placed in various companies like Infosys, Cognizant, etc. The role offered is that of Project Head. Students get the best placement offers according to their performance and skills.

Infrastructure: There is free Wi-Fi throughout the campus, high-quality labs, a well-managed library, normal quality food with vending machines, and a good management system. Need to improve the food quality and nutritional value of the food. Infrastructure is good and needs to build lifts in some hostels.

Faculty: Teachers are up-to-date and helpful. It trains the students in various aspects to boost industry-based skills. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is 35%. Students mostly perform well in all the subjects and get a high CGPA. Good management in exam conducting.

Other: I chose the AIML course because of its significant boom in the future. Need to improve the subjects in each semester related to the course. Events and fests are so cool and amazing. Students are free to perform in various college events to ace their skills.

Beyond the books- my honest take on SRM Easwari's placement and vibe.

Placements: The placement is based on the performance of the most recent passing out batch. As my batch, ME CSE 2027, is still in its initial years. The placement scenario at Easwari is pretty solid, which is a major relief. The placement rate is consistently high, usually over 90 percent for those eligible. The last batch sees some impressive offers. The highest package is up to 20 LPA. The median package is 4.5 LPA for the 4-year programs. For our course, the average is usually between 5 LPA and 7 LPA. We get visits from big names like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Amazon.

Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is fantastic. A major plus is that our department labs are a true highlight. They are equipped with modern tools and tech that support genuine hands-on learning. Classrooms are spacious. The campus is fully connected with Wi-Fi, which is essential for projects. For those in the hostel, the experience is highly comfortable. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. The mess is hygienic. They offer a decent food variety. We have good sports facilities. The whole campus is supportive and well-rounded.

Faculty: The academic core of Easwari is incredibly strong, starting with the faculty. Most teachers are highly qualified and very helpful. They genuinely go the extra mile to clear the doubts and provide quality guidance, which makes a huge difference. The curriculum is relevant to the industry, aligned, with a focus on practical projects and the latest technologies. This truly makes us feel industry-ready. Exams are fair, while the CATs can be challenging, they provide excellent preparation for the semester exams, which are manageable if you study diligently. The pass percentage is generally high because of the supportive teaching environment.

Other: The crowd here is ambitious and vibrant. Since it's located right in the city. The campus is bustling. The overall environment is very supportive and professional. There is a great balance between academics and fun. Thanks to the numerous clubs and events happening throughout the year. We have major cultural festivals like Swagat and technical symposiums like Kratos that keep the energy high. The location also ensures great connectivity and access to the city.
