Review of SSM Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Around 80% of students are placed. The highest salary offered is Rs.1,00,000 per month and the lowest salary offered is Rs.45,000 per month. Almost 70% of marks are required for recruitment. Department-wise roles are offered in this course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very beautiful in this college. Our classrooms are clean and Wi-Fi is also available. Several blocks are available and good communication laboratories are provided. Hostel rooms are better and the food quality is average. Sports are also available in our college.
Faculty: All teachers in our college are friendly and knowledgeable. Our course curriculum is useful and it makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate and 3 cycle tests are conducted for better marks.
Other: I am interested in the electronics field so I chose the ECE department. I gain knowledge of some electronic gadgets. Scholarships are provided by our college. Extracurricular activities are also conducted.

Our college has good teachers, infrastructure, food and cleaning.
Placements: Students who score above 70% in academics are eligible for the course. Companies like TCS, HCL, Flex, Infosys and MocDoc visit our campus for placements. There is no internship opportunity. Core companies recruit us with low salaries, and mostly IT sector companies will recruit us. On-campus placements are not good. Off-campus interviews are held frequently.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available, but the phone is not allowed. If you need Wi-Fi for your project, then you will get permission. Classrooms are clean and neat always. The hostel is well-equipped. The quality of the food served is very good. The digital library is available. Overall, it is very good. Sports are appreciated, and the library is the best part of the college. Labs are well-equipped. PT period is also available.
Faculty: Faculty members teaching is excellent and clear. Teachers are the best. They provide the best notes.

A brief review of SSMIET. The college has developed over the years.
Placements: Placements in college were pretty good. Even though our batch was the 3rd one to pass out, the placement cell did a pretty good job. It ensured that both core and non-core (IT companies) visited the campus to conduct placement drives. Nearly 60% of the students of our batch got placed. The highest salary package offered was about 3-3.50 LPA. Majority of the companies were primarily startups. The roles offered to students primarily included code developer roles for IT companies. Internships were not offered during our academic course, but there are a few internships being provided currently.
Infrastructure: Since our college is a relatively young college, the infrastructure is still developing. Despite that, basic features such as labs, classrooms, medical facilities, etc., are available on the campus with the highest quality. Quality of food served in the canteen is pretty good. Hostel rooms are pretty standard as well. New wings are still being built in order to provide more facilities.
Faculty: The course curriculum is primarily based on Anna University syllabus to which the college is affiliated. Staff members during our course were mixed with young faculty members as well as experienced professors with doctorates. Right now, the number of highly trained and efficient staff members has increased.
Other: The campus surroundings were pretty beautiful. New fests are being conducted by students of each department every year.

Rating of SSM: overall, a good college but there are no placement opportunities.
Placements: There is no placement team for student placement. The worst experience staff are only mark oriented they provide you any support on placement live courses they only have minimum set of like flex off campus placement they have and provide placement is bad.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is super clean and healthy; they clean the restroom often and hygiene is everywhere, but not at the canteen. The library is a super good place to learn and staff is also the best person to improve because we are allowed outside of the campus.
Faculty: Faculty are rude; some of them support you for your career, others well for your examination but there is no scope for learning of the box but you can get good super grade in college with food CGPA and GPA are more concerned about marks and attendance.

Our college provides good infrastructure and good maintenance.
Placements: Our college provides many placement chances. I am studying ECE - electronics and communication engineering. Our college is so good at studies, sports, and extra activities. Good companies like Wipro and Infosys offer placements.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good. There are quality labs and classrooms. There are very high-tech buildings and good maintenance in our college library. There is a very good center because our college sports are very good. Teams are provided with a college coach.
Faculty: There are good teachers and a very good principal in our college. There are things to get good marks in semester exams. There are very good things in our college so the percentage is very good in our college, so I suggest you join this college.
Other: This course depends on the electrical course and good job opportunities.
