Review of St. Joseph’s University through Ritika's point of view.
Placements: Placement opportunities and salary packages offered are average from what I got to know from seniors. As I’m fresher, I do not have much idea about placements, but I’m gaining knowledge about it. I would like to provide a review again next year.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like laboratories and spacious classrooms. However, for Wi-Fi, we need a password and ID, which is provided by the university, but it doesn't work around campus, except in the library. Canteen food is average. Sports availability is huge on campus.
Faculty: I informed our chemistry teacher that I was poor in chemistry subject. They encouraged me and still helped me to learn the subject. Teachers are very helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. The semester exam is average, but sometimes it is difficult. No questions are repeated in exams.
Other: I chose this course as I wanted to explore more about tiny organism. The only thing I wish could be improved is that they should show videos related to PPTs. The scholarship opportunities are often shared in the group. Fest is well-organized, but one of the fests was not well-organized this year. Organizing team was rude but on average days crowd of our college is quite good. Campus is not too big and not too small. There's a chapel and two canteens, one is big and the other one is small.

Comprehensive review of St. Joseph’s University.
Placements: About 75-80% of students are placed every year. Top roles offered are microbiologists, lab technicians, research associates, and so on. Companies include Biocon, IISc, NCBS, etc. Top recruiting companies are Cipla, Sanofi, Biocon, AstraZeneca. The highest package offered is 6-8 LPA and the lowest is 2.5-3 LPA in INR.
Infrastructure: Laboratories are equipped for advanced research and practical learning. The university has a well-stocked library with numerous collections of books across all subjects, journals, and digital resources to guide students. The boys' hostel is located inside the campus.
Faculty: Faculty at St. Joseph’s University are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are really supportive towards students and are available for any queries and doubts. The course curriculum is designed to be relevant and industry-ready. Overall, the infrastructure and facilities support a conducive learning environment.
Other: Approximately 60-70% of students secure internships. The campus hosts fests like Pratibha and Visages every year.
