Very friendly and supportive faculty, well designed infrastructure, good recruitment opportunities .
Placements: 10 - 15% of the students from our department were placed or recruited in most respected and reputed companies. 2.2 Lacs per annum is the least average package offered to the students and 2.8 Lacs per annum is the highest average package offered to the students. Top recruiting companies were the Infosys, WIPRO and HP. 15% of the marketing students were given internships. Roles were offered in entrepreneurship, finance and accounting management and marketing management.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and maintenance of the colleges is one of the most important aspects of a college. We have clean classrooms with projection facilities and Wi-Fi facilities throughout the day with a secured college network. Regarding the college library, our college library is as organised as the libraries of the other colleges. Our college canteen has a wide range of tasty, fresh and hygienic food. Sports and games are the most important part of our college. Various games and sports activities are offered by our college which are needed because of the growing demand of sports in today's generation.
Faculty: Lecturers of the BBA department are well qualified with 10 years of working experience. Highly knowledgeable faculty is available to help and solve the queries regarding the course and the subjects. Yes, to an extent, it does make the students industrial ready but it mostly concentrates on the theoretical aspects.
Other: I chose this course as it's feasible for me and it provides various options for me like finance, marketing, hotel management and HR management which are in great demand and very helpful for my near future career. I would want our department to concentrate more on the teaching of students through practical aspects. Management fest is an important, interesting, attractive and highly appreciated fest organised by our department. We have an annual fest known as the PHILO FEST which is the "centre of attraction" of our college. Only our department offer internships and field works in order to improve both soft and hard skills.
