Satisfied because of faculties better placements, good infrastructure facilities and campous life
Placements: About 60% of students belongs to both batch got placements with leading companies like "Tata Consultancy Services, Speridian Technologies, Abasoft, EK Technologies, Cntash, Infiniz solutions etc." with the highest salary of 25000, and an average of 15000 INR. Companies except TCS & Speridian Technologies visited the campus, most of them offered jobs in IT related fields.
70% of students got internships through INTERNSHALA (college is an associate partner of INTERNSHALA) web portal, Our college is an with an average of 500 INR as stipends. The college has a well efficient placement cell, which frequently offers training career guidance, placement orientation programs for students.
Infrastructure: College is situated at the top of a hill with a top class infrastructure, nice classrooms with well-equipped labs consist of modern equipments, best ever library with necessary and sufficient books, international journals etc. College have a dedicated sports wing concentrated at improving sports skills of students, College hostel offers plesent atmosphere for students with good quality food, canteen food is of average quality. Campus is not a Wi-Fi enabled one. Never faced any infrastructure related issues.
Faculty: Qualified faculty members with helping mentality are the backbone of our college awarded with IAENG membership are there. Student-faculty is about 25:1. Follows Conventional teaching along with help of technical support. Didn't get any industry exposure from there.
Other: YVIDH is the annual Techno Cultural Fest of this college.

In simple words, its qualities are awesome in case of studying and extra curricular activities.
Placements: Spectrum IT solutions, Infinix IT solutions, Bangalore based industries, Technopark, Infopark are the companies in which the main interviews come into our college so that the students can get placement from there. There are a lot of father industries from which placement assistance come from.
Infrastructure: This college is just superb, and the surroundings are also very apt for studying. This college is located in front of a lake so that the breeze blows there that can take your mind up. This campus has a Wi-Fi campus. There are 2 canteens and 4 main blocks here. Also, separate hostel services are there for both the ladies and gents.
Faculty: There are almost 100 faculty members in this college. In the case of the teaching, they are very hardworking, and they make us study well. The support from the teacher's side is as much as from others even in projects they help us very well. The good thing here is that they will give IT notes as a photostat at the beginning itself, so that we could get a clear image what have to study.
Other: There are a lot of events conducted at this college, for example, the Techfest of which there were a lot of celebrities who came here, is organized in this college. Also, supporters follow up and there is no dev project, but the exhibition, paper presentation and all are present here.

Other: STCET, a college which may not be much popular outside Kolkata but those who know about this college are familiar with the level discipline the college maintains. The main attraction in STCET is its lovely playground, badminton court, common room and the interdepartmental tournaments. The college has a lovely faculty group, who are ready to help you anytime. The college has been consistent with placement even during tough times of global economy. Since, the college takes maximum 260 students, so the chances for students during placements are good. So, STCET always maintains a good placement rate. All the best for you future.
