Faculty are overall so, but there is placement for mechanical branch only.

Placements: There are placements only for mechanical branch students who have just passed their subjects with passing marks. The top role provided by the institute is institute representative. The top recruiting company for the mechanical branch is Maruti Suzuki; for the computer branch, it is HCL, etc.

Infrastructure: Labs are okay, but the computers are in bad condition; most of the computers are not working. Wi-Fi is not provided on the campus. The hostel is in bad condition. I suggest not taking the hostel if you are a boy. The girls' hostel is very good, but the mess food is very bad.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified, but very few are keen to take lectures seriously. The course curriculum only teaches programming but does not make students industry-ready. If you start studying one month before the exam, you can crack the semester exam. Exam questions are predictable.

Other: I chose this course because I got a 190,000 rank in JEE Main, and then I took HSTES counseling, where I got this college. So I took admission here.

Review of State Institute of Engineering and Technology, Nilokheri.

Placements: Placements are 0 because it's the first batch. But in our core CSE branch, there are also placement offers equal to zero. The highest, the lowest, and the average package offered in our course are actually equal to zero placement offers, and there are placement offers for, I guess, just the mechanical engineering department, and the average is 30,000 per month. In the CSE branch, I don't know about the last time, Infosys had zero children, and some of the children got placements, but did not go to top roles. I don't know because placement offers are 0.

Infrastructure: We get Wi-Fi sometimes, and sometimes we don't. The computers in the lab do not work. A library is there. Poor food in the mess. The canteen is only there in college. They don't provide medical, sports, and games facilities. Please don't come to this college, I request you all.

Faculty: Some are knowledgeable, and some are not. Mostly, no, they are not very knowledgeable and do not guide students well on how to get industry-ready. The course curriculum is not industry-ready. It's purely to pass theoretical exams. Nothing is practical just purely theoretical. Semester exams are fine, a little difficult. The pass percentage is 60%. The university under which it comes releases results very late, like extremely. I personally won't suggest you come here, especially if you think ki yes, government hai. The college is not better. The college is very cheap.

Other: I opted for this course because it was trending. It teaches about computers and AI. There are good labs. Good and skilled faculty. Fests are so bad. Scholarship is okay. The surroundings are poor. The college is not safe for girls. The campus is bad. Extracurricular activities are 0. There are no clubs and societies. I am a third-year computer student specializing in AI and machine learning at a government institution.
