We are to be called Sydenhamies.
Placements: Our college does not have any placement facilities. We were supposed to find our own job as there were no campus interviews in our college. There were a few opportunities for students doing chartered accountancy and many students got placement from the college as an article assistant.
Infrastructure: Our college has a well-defined infrastructure with a large campus. Our auditorium is one of the best auditoriums in the city. Classrooms are with projectors and the gymkhana has various game facilities such as carrom, table tennis, etc. Our college also plays cricket at the intercollege level.
Faculty: Faculty members are well-qualified. There are many professors who have degrees such as PhD, chartered accountants, doctors, lawyers, etc. The way of teaching cannot be explained.
Everyone has their own tricks and styles of teaching. We have enjoyed each and every moment here.

Good infrastructure but lacks at placements and good faculty.
Placements: Placements for BMS students are very good. Big 4 audit firms in India select students via interviews. You can easily get placed in small and mid-sized CA firms generally getting a package ranging from 2 - 3.5 LPA. Every year, the college pins up the notices of campus placements after which interviews are conducted by banks, NBFCs and some companies.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good library having all the books of 11th, 12th, Bcom, Mcom and BMS. Also, there is a newspaper room. The college has good big classes. The auditorium of the college is brand new and has good lighting and sound system.
The college also has a gym, a volleyball court and a half basketball court. The canteen in the college is average and the college is located at the churchgate, very near to marine drive, which is a big plus point.
You can get a hostel facility, which is just behind the college. The hostel is superb.
Faculty: Sydenham is known for its past, being the most prestigious college but it is not the case now. Some faculty members for some subjects are very good but the rest are average. Also, the admin office of the college is sluggish in the work. Courses offered here are Bcom, Mcom, BMS, 11, 12th which could fetch you a maximum 2-3 LPA.
In order to get more, you need to get some other degree.

The college is nearest to the queens necklace - Sydenham
Placements: Sydenham College is one of the oldest and supreme colleges in India and always considered as the supreme hub for the placements. I have both graduations (B.Com) and post graduation (M.Com) and also have done the diploma in foreign trade from this college. During my graduation placements, the companies like Jones Lang Lassale and various new startups were the part of recruiters.
Infrastructure: The college comprises of a big up to date IT lab for the IT students. Also, the library of this college holds a huge collection of books and novels for the literati. The college also is much spacious as far as the infrastructure is concerned and is surrounded by the greenery. The campus comprises of well-equipped gymkhana and state of the art auditorium. The hostels are also very nearby to accommodate the needy students. The canteen provides good food.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members are PhD holders in their respective fields thus giving them the immense knowledge to serve the purpose of educating the students. Teaching method adopted in this college is a bit traditional that is chalk-board/marker-white board as compared to today's digital scenario. Apart from teaching, they also arrange the course curriculum for the overall improvement of the candidates.
Other: The college also serves the humanity by its NSS cell which helps the students to serve the nation with social causes and services. NSS not only helps in getting some grace marks in the overall result but also makes you socially active, to face and handle the disaster type situation easily.
