SCMHRD Placement Overview 2025
The SCMHRD placement report for 2025 recorded an overall highest package of INR 35.9 LPA for MBA. The average and median packages offered stood at INR 21.47 LPA and INR 20 LPA. More than 118 recruiters took part in the placement drive and top recruiters include- Aditya Birla, Axis Bank, DBS and many others.
The SCMHRD Summer placement for the batch 2023-25 reported that the highest stipend offered to MBA students stood at INR 4.5 Lakhs per month. The average stipend stood at INR 2.48 Lakhs per month. During the SCMHRD Summer placements 2025, major recruiters such as ITC, Jio, Kotak, JP Morgan Chase and Co, Smasung, Nivea, LOreal, Piramal, Wipro are part of the recruitment process of MBA graduates. Moreover, the final placement reports are yet to be released so the stats may vary in times to come.

Meanwhile, the Summer placements are out for the batch 2023-25, the highest and average stipend stood at INR 4.5 Lakhs per month and INR 2.48 Lakhs per month.
