SLS Pune Admission Overview 2025
Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune admission 2025 is entrance-based. The law school offers around courses at UG, PG, diploma, certificate, and PhD level. Symbiosis International University (SIU) conducts the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) for admission to Integrated law programmes. Besides, SLS Pune also conducts PI round for admission to offered courses. However, candidates looking forward to practising Law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India. SLS Pune offers admission to UG, PG and PhD programmes based on entrance exam scores of the candidates. SIU conducts SLAT and AIAT for admission to integrated Law and LLB/ LLM courses. Those who pass the test are further called for a personal interaction round. Besides, aspirants can get admission in Diploma programme directly based on their merit in the qualifying exam.
The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. Aspirants need to pass SLAT for admission to Integrated Law programmes - BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons). For LLB and LLM, candidates must pass AIAT conducted by SIU. Besides, candidates do not require passing an entrance exam for admission to Diploma programme.

The admission process for SLS Pune is a multi-step process, inclusive of application, appearance in the selection rounds, offline admission process, and document verification. 1: Application Process
The application process for all programmes at SLS Pune is done online. Fill the SLS Pune application form on the official website for the respective courses as given above. The registration fee for all programmes differs. The application fee and registration fee is INR 1,000 and INR 1,500.
2: Selection Process
The school shortlists candidates for Integrated Law programmes based on their SLAT score. The university conducts AIAT for admission to LLM and LLB programmes. Selected candidates have to pass the PI round for admission.
3: Merit List
After all selection rounds are over, the institute notifies a final merit list.

It is tough to compare which institute is easier to get admission into for LLM courses among KPMSL Mumbai and SLS Pune because the basic eligibility requirement for admissions to both the colleges is the same: candidates must complete their LLB degree with a minimum aggregate of 45% (SLS Pune) to 50
