Review of Synergy Institute.

Placements: Around 5% of students got placed in our batch. The highest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 0.72 LPA. Companies didn't directly recruit students but consultancies came to hire students. Fake companies recruited students for manpower and took money from 1st month salary.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not available on campus. The food quality was not good. Students faced issues with electricity. Bathrooms and washrooms were not sufficient and not good. Drinking water was not good. Cleaning services were not available. The canteen was not in good condition.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were not available for many subjects. We had 3 teachers for the whole department. Project work and practical works were not available. The course syllabus was pending every semester. Faculty members didn't have sufficient knowledge of the subject.

Other: I do not recommend students to join this college.

Overall good facilities and infrastructure. Just dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: Almost 50% of the students were placed in B.Tech. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Mercedez Benz, Amtron, and Wipro. Top role offered was junior trainee engineer. The highest salary offered in our course was Rs. 19,000 per month. The lowest salary offered in our course was Rs. 10,000 per month. Almost 20% of the students actually opted for the internships, and almost all got a chance in reputed companies like HAL, TATA, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college were good, including Wi-Fi, elevator, library, and spacious classrooms with good seating capacity. Labs are good and equipped with all amenites. Hostel facilities are very good, including the attached mess, basketball court, volleyball court, football ground, table tennis, cricket ground, etc.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and qualified. They always try their best to impart their knowledge to the students irrespective of their background. The course curriculum is quite appropriate and relevant. It is right for the student to adapt to the industry.

My experience in this college.

Placements: In my sense, the placements are at below par. In our batch, some got in Wipro, and some got in Triveni turbine. There are a few rules to follow, but unfortunately, I don't remember them. The placement system could have been better in our college at our time. If it would have been better at that time, then some more students would have got placements.

Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi facility, and it has good speed. It has a well-maintained library. There is a good scope for sports such as cricket football and athletic. The medical facilities are not up to the mark. The availability of food in the canteen is fair. The hostel rooms are fine, but there was a problem for water management at that time but not sure about the present moment.

Faculty: Well-qualified staffs are there in every department. The teaching quality was very good. The teachers always try how students can be able to clear about what they are teaching us. Once upon a time, we got a chance to visit Nava Bharat venture located at Meramundali.

Other: At our time there was a humongous crowd. Every year we celebrate college function. We were also able to get the scholarship by 10th and+2 marks in our time. Every year we celebrate our branch festivals.

An average B.Tech college. Don't take admission in this college. It's a waste of money.

Placements: The placements are not so good i.e. the package is only between 10k-15k. Our seniors had got a good placement but in our batch, it is not good. There is also no internship program. The students get a stipend from government scholarships. Companies like Barcome, Talbros, Precision Engineering, HCL, etc. recruited the students.

Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is good. The labs, library, sports- all are well equipped. But the canteen facility is not good. The hostel is good. The hostel is within the campus premises and it has a good canteen facility and the food is also very tasty. Wi-Fi is only available in the hostel and library. The entire campus is not Wi-Fi enabled.

Faculty: The faculty members in our college are very good. They have very sound knowledge in the subject. The teaching is very good. There is thorough explanation of every subject. There is no digital classroom. We had not got any industrial visit in our stream but other streams had their industrial visits.

Synergy Institute of Technology is not a college ,it's a family.

Placements: There were many companies that came to our college and almost all of my classmates were selected in those campus selections. Highest salary was offered by Tech Mahindra (3 lakhs) and lowest was by Barcom (2 lakhs). Core companies had come to our college. Companies like Barcom, Varroc, Collabera, Ramtech, Tech Mahindra, etc. had come to our college. Well, in internship section, many students had gone to various companies like Rourkela Steel plant, Tata Steel, Jamshedpur and many more. And stipend offered was around Rs. 6000 per month.

Infrastructure: Our college is a 3-storey building with many classrooms. We have a huge conference hall beside our principal's chamber. And on the top floor, we have an auditorium. One of the best parts of our college is our central lawn. It's very huge. And of course, we have our own cricket ground. We have 2 sections- that is, two 3-storey buildings. Just in the middle of that, our mechanical lab is located. Our college has free Wi-Fi all over the compound. We have a huge library with facilities like e-book reading. We also have a canteen which has a very good quality of meal but at a very cheap price. Hostel rooms are good.

Faculty: Our faculty members are well educated and well mannered. And most importantly, they all are having a post graduate degree in their respective subjects. Very easy teaching methods are used. Since all students are not equally talented, our faculty members teach us in such a way that everyone catches that subject easily. And almost all the students score well in their final exam. Student to faculty ratio is 10:1. The course curriculum is very useful to us.

Only food problem and nothing else

Placements: Placements were used to be good before but better even now because this year, the number of students placed has been increased by many campus drives. Around 60% have been placed among which 20 were not attending any such drive. The highest salary was 4.5 lakhs PA and the lowest was 1.5 lakhs PA. Some companies were Jakson, 100engineers Pvt Ltd, Etech Global Services, Amtek, etc. Different roles had been there like solar engineer trainee, BPO, customer service and technician.

Infrastructure: Above all and the best is the college environment. This is where we enjoy the nature at its best and it was so soothing just to be around the college campus. The canteen is the problem we had faced because most of the times, you will not find even anything to eat which was the worst part. The library is good along with its facilities. Hostel rooms are not quite good but bathrooms are well-maintained and washed every day. The hostel is good for mainly extracurricular activities as it has been offered with all kinds of game equipment and the gym was the thing I used to spend my time a lot in along with the trainer "Prakash Bhai" offered by our college hostel.

Faculty: Some of all faculty members were good but not so good at providing assistance beyond classes. We had to go for self-study even being at the class because teachers were not able to cope up with students and don't give much attention as well. The student-faculty ratio was 10:3 which was the bad part of not having faculty members of the respective subjects. 2 times, we get to visit industries NALCO and NTPC and got to learn so many things and practical knowledge of our mechanical subjects. The course curriculum was totally useful.

Other: All in all, I have already passed out of the college and it's not been many days. I have started missing it badly which could give an idea that college is awesome. The best part of my life has been spent in this college and studies as well. The best college for future students to get admitted into.

Review of Synergy Institute Of Technology

Placements: Placement for our senior batch was very good. Many companies like HCL, Precision, Infosys, Ramtec, etc had come. Our junior batch also got very good campus placements in Mercedes Dealer, Sumukha, HCL, Infosys, etc.. Our batch got placement in Talbros, HCL, Tech Mahindra, etc. But the salary offered was only within 15k at starting.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The college has both boys' hostel and girls' hostel. The college canteen is very good. Annual sports are also held every year. The classrooms have all the facilities. The labs have all the necessary instruments. Hostels have gym facility The college is only 2 km away from NH.

Faculty: The faculty members are very good and professional. Lab assistants are also very highly professional. When there is a requirement, digital teaching is also done. The faculty to student ratio is 1:20. Study materials are also provided for ease of study. Doubt clearing classes are also held.

Placements: Overall, the placement is good. In our senior batch, the companies which recruited the students were Precision, HCL, Mercedes, etc. Our junior batch got a job in good companies like Sumukha Engineering, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. For our batch, companies were Barcom, HCL, Talbros, Infosys, etc.

Infrastructure: The college has both boys' and girls' hostel facility. The hostel has a canteen but the college does not have one. The labs have all the necessary equipment. It has good classrooms. An annual sports meet is organized. The hostels have gym facility. The college is only 1.5km away from the NH.16.

Faculty: My experience with our faculty was very good. The student to faculty ratio is 40:1. The teaching method of faculty is very easily understandable. We had also industrial visits. A student can also opt for robotics class, or any CAD classes like AutoCAD, CATIA, etc. in the college.
