Good infrastructure and placements, but the faculty needs improvement - A mixed experience.
Placements: 75% of students are placed from our course. TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Infosys are the top recruiters from our college. The roles offered are web development, software development, business analyst, and consultancy. The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest is 2.5-3 LPA, and the average is 4.5-5.5 LPA. 55-60 students get internships from our college.
Infrastructure: Our department has smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, good internet access, and a helpful library. The campus is clean and has basic facilities like seminar halls and a canteen. The hostel facilities are decent with regular maintenance. Food in the mess and canteen is average but hygienic. Medical help is available on campus. There are basic sports and games facilities for students.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and have good subject knowledge. The teaching quality is clear and easy to understand, with practical examples. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams at TINT are generally considered to be moderately difficult. Students who maintain regular study habits and attend classes consistently find the exam manageable. The pass percentage is typically around 80-85%.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in this subject, and it offers good career opportunities in the future. I wish there were more practical sessions and industry exposure to enhance real-world learning.

Excellent academics, warm college life, make Techno International Newtown a good choice.
Placements: My course is B.Tech in Computer Science and Business Systems (TCS), batch strength is around 30, including 23 boys and 7 girls. The total number of students placed in our batch is 25 out of 30, that is 80%. The highest package is 9 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Deloitte, and EY. The maximum students are offered the system engineer role. None of the students got an internship from our class.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our department is average. The majority of classrooms are non-AC. Wi-Fi is available, but it is very slow. Labs are well-equipped and have AC. The library is also good with a full stock of books. The hostel is below average. Rooms are decent. Food is pathetic. Sports and games are played, but very occasionally.
Faculty: All the teachers are qualified according to UGC guidelines. Most of them are very helpful, and the teaching quality is average. This course curriculum is relevant because this course is introduced by TCS with the help of AICTE. The semester exams are very easy, so you can get passing marks. Pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: As the course is introduced by TCS, I chose this course. I like the course because it is a more industry-oriented course. Only tech events are organized in our college. Connectivity is good because the college is located in Newtown. Scholarship is awarded by the West Bengal government, SVCM.

Budget-friendly college, satisfied facility, and good placement in the last 5 years.
Placements: 96% of students from CSBS placed in TCS,Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, and many other IT companies this year. They got a good package. The highest package of this year is 9 LPA and the lowest package of this year is 3.3 LPA. And the average package is 4.8 LPA. The top recruiter of this year is TCS.
Infrastructure: College campus is neat and clean. The classrooms are big and comfortable to study. The whole campus is WiFi facilitated. The labs are fully AC. The library is so beautiful and a lot of books for Engineering studies are available. The hostel is also neat and clean. The rooms are 2 or 3 shared. The food quality is good. And we get food 3 times a day.
Faculty: The teachers are very calm and friendly to the students. The teachers give us high-level contents in simple words. The course curriculum is good and industry-ready . The semester exams are slightly hard. But those who attend the classes attentively, the exam is not heard by them/her.
Other: I chose this course because the course is about computer science and business systems. So we can be software engineers and we can handle clients and we will be industry-ready.

Techno International - Destiny of Success or Not.
Placements: More than 87% of students got placement. The highest package is 32 LPA, the average package is 8-10 LPA, and the minimum package is 7 LPA. Amazon, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, Deloitte, Cognizant, EY, Microsoft, HCL, and Accenture are among the top recruiters. 75% of students got internships. Roles offered in my course include TCS Business Analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure includes a well-equipped laboratory, a well-equipped library, a Wi-Fi-enabled campus, fully air-conditioned classrooms, and a CCTV-monitored campus. Hostels are also good and comfortable to live in. Hygienic food is provided at all times. Hostels are well-equipped with Wi-Fi and CCTV monitoring.
Faculty: The faculty are very supportive and good. All faculty members teach us very well and hold PG degrees. The course curriculum is also good and easy to understand. The difficulty level is moderate as per the curriculum, but the passing percentage is on the higher side, at 40% marks.
Other: I have always been interested in business, so I chose this course. Many extracurricular activities are organized from time to time to enhance our skills.

Honest review on TINT (known as TICT), faculty members are good, and placements are decent till 2023
Placements: Almost 60% got their placements in last sessions. Others opted for something else. And few didn't get any placement as they were not eligible due to backlogs, yearlags or lack of skills. Skilled students got their opportunities. Major recruiters are MNCs such as Capgemini, TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in college and it works. The labs are quite good and new equipment is also there. Most of the labs have AC. Other than that, other rooms also have good benches with lights and fans. White boards and projectors are used to teach anything. The library is really big, neat and clean. It has sample copies and well-renewing books.
Faculty: Teachers are really good at this college. I'm from the CSE department. As far as the CSE department is concerned, teachers are highly qualified, like Masters and some are doing research and doctoral degrees. Other than that, they are really helpful, not only in class but outside of class as well. Semesters are easy if you study properly. If you don't study, you will fail for sure.
Other: My course is not totally CSE but CSBS has almost similar subjects to CSE. That's why I have taken admission here. It's a new stream; that's why improvement is needed and I hope it will come with time.
