NIE Mysore accepts valid Karnataka PGCET scores for admission to its M.Tech programme. Apart from this, the institute's official website also mentions that students with a valid GATE score are also eligible to apply.
Students must also note that the institute offers few M.Tech seats under the management quota. However, the official website does not outline the management quota admission process. Thus, candidates seeking admission via management quota are advised to get in touch with the admissions committee directly.

Moreover, the BE course with the highest competition was Electronics and Communication Engineering. Earlier, in 2023, the cutoff for the same category of students ranged from 9018 to 82211.

local placement is decent, teaching is decent, overall exposure/brand is Not as Esteem-able as BMSCE/MSRIT/Amrita.
