Overall a good college to study for your degree. But management is the worst.
Placements: Almost 75% of students got placed in my course. The highest offered package was 8 Lacs and the lowest was 2.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies were from the medical, and food industries. More than 70% of students got internships in various medical, food, and chemical industrial projects.
Infrastructure: Our college provides multiple facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, vast classrooms, labs for each subject, a canteen etc. The food in the canteen is really good. Other than these we have hostel facilities too. The hostel is well maintained and provides good quality food. Our college has a sports room too.
Faculty: Faculty members are up to the mark with high qualifications and they are really helpful. The course makes you industry ready and entirely relevant. The semester exam paper will be kinda tough but teachers will give you proper guidance. The pass percentage last semester was 90%.
Other: I love microbiology and always wanted to study this course at a top college. Hence chose this college. The only thing that could be better is the management. They are kinda rude and not helpful at all.

Our college is one of the best science colleges in Bangalore.
Placements: Our college has a good placement cell. Staff members organise job drives every year to help students to get jobs in different industries. This year, despite the COVID-19 crisis, the placement cell organised very successful job drives. Various companies such as Omega Health Care, Dhitiomics Technologies Pvt Ltd and others are part of those job drives. Many master's students got placed in different companies. But since about 90% of the B.Sc students are planning to pursue further studies, only a few bachelor's students got placed. However, it doesn't mean that B.Sc students have fewer opportunities, and I also got placed in Omega Health Care.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good and organised infrastructure. Our college library is sprawled over 4 floors with a vast and diverse collection of textbooks, reference books and journals. The library also has computers with internet facilities and a database of previous years question papers, which are easily accessible by students. Students also have the option to access the campus internet by registering their phone numbers at the library. The biochemistry department resides on the second floor of the college. The department has 2 UG and G labs. Laboratories contain a storeroom, distillation units, fume hoods and LAFs. Our college has spacious classrooms which can occupy more than 60 students. Cleaning staff members maintain proper hygiene and sanitation on the campus. Our college also has a sanitary pad vending machine, which is greatly helpful to female students.
Faculty: The department of biochemistry is one of the best departments of the science college. Faculty members are hardworking, dedicated and passionate about their subjects. Some of the best faculty members conducted classes for me. They use different aids such as the blackboard, OHP projector, or a computer projector to provide visual examples to help students to understand the concepts better. Along with the faculty members, non-teaching staff members are also really helpful and make sure students get all the help from them.
