If you want leisure time to pursue your own ambitions without being academically stressed.
Placements: Placements in this college are something you should worry about the most. It is a government college, so it doesn’t have a dedicated placement team that approaches companies and trains its students effectively. Students have to work hard on their own to get jobs. Don’t expect anything.
Infrastructure: The hostel is below average, but the mess food is much better and bearable. The overall infrastructure is rigid and can be complicated if one doesn't adapt to it. Classrooms are spacious, but the labs are not equipped with adequate equipment. This is my experience.
Faculty: You can find good teachers here, but not many. I am an ECE student, and in my department, I can say that the professors are of high caliber. However, don’t expect to learn everything from teachers. You are on your own in this course. The curriculum is not hectic. You will have plenty of time to do everything you want in the meantime.
Other: I chose this course because the ECE department in this college is worthy of joining. It is a government college, which is financially feasible for me.

Absolutely satisfied with faculty members, better placements in 2023, and good infrastructure.
Placements: 50% of students are placed in my college. The highest package is 6 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. L&T is the top recruiter for the course. Maximum 90% of students got internships, and roles offered in our course are site engineer, design, and quality control. Many other companies are coming to campus recruitment.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are equipped with projectors (hi-tech classes). Infrastructure is good. Wi-Fi is available. Hostel is very good when compared to other hostels. The students run mess in hostel so hostel is good. College is equipped with a dispensary. Sports and games are allowed like conducting sports days.
Faculty: Teacher qualifications are good. Teaching quality is better even though it is a government university. Departments provide industrial visits. Semester exams are okay. Pass percentage is 5.5 points, and in percentage it is 35%. Students are industry-ready, and teachers are helpful.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Events and fests are allowed. Scholarship is enabled, and extracurricular activities are allowed like sports and other clubs.

Nice one for sure. Enjoy.
Placements: We only get placements from very few colleges nearby Vizianagaram, and the package is also so less. So coming to the placements, it's just mediocre in my opinion. Hope it changes for our time, but at present, the annual package is just 3-4 LPA, which is very poor.
Infrastructure: We have two hostels for boys. First and fourth years reside in one hostel, and third and second years reside in one hostel. Coming to the facilities, it's pretty good. Not too bad, normal, either too good. It's just okay. There is no Wi-Fi facility which is very disappointing. And coming to food, it's just okay.
Faculty: It's a controversial point, but I would say we cannot understand the topics clearly. It's sad, but it's the hard truth to accept. Although B.Tech life is like this, I expected some more improvement here, but sadly, I couldn't get it. And coming to semester toughness, it's pretty mediocre, and coming to pass percentage, stay good with your faculty and you would just get passed.
Other: I chose this branch as a complementary of CSE. I couldn't get CSE, so I chose IT. But I think there's not much difference between both. I would want to get a best package as it's a computer-based branch; I would like to secure good jobs, maybe off campus. Coming to fests, the computer-based fests are too good and worth it.

Everything is good and its raw.
Placements: But when it's comes to placement, it is worse than you think. For the placement, you need to prepare well on your own so it's better to know about the college although it is a government university which is recognised by Indian government.
Infrastructure: The hostel bathrooms are worse than you think, it is terrible. The environment looks like you are surrounded by mountains and rocks. Mostly buses have better chance to take look on snakes and even more times on scorpions and mostly centipedes man.
Faculty: This is another dark side that no one is going to tell you about. Although you are a university student, you don't expect professors to do anything you have in mind. Faculty members are friendly sometimes, and sometimes they are terribly hard so prepare yourself for anything that you can really face. My suggestion is not to be mostly awkward. When it comes to the curriculum and faculty members, they are good.
Other: Every branch at JNTU has its own events. I am unable to tell the names of those events but they are strongly supported by faculty and their department.

JNTU College is better for people with financial issues. Not many placement opportunities.
Placements: 40% of students are placed in our course. Highest package is 10 LPA, lowest package is 3 LPA, and average package is 4 LPA. Some government companies are recruiting for our course. 25% got an internship for our course in some government companies. In cybersecurity, databases, etc.
Infrastructure: Coming to the labs, classroom, and library is average. Infrastructure is not that much advanced technology, but somewhat better. Poor quality in hostel infrastructure & facilities. Mess food is somewhat better because of student organisation. Mess, sports, and medical have good facilities.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in the learning of the concept and are qualified and knowledgeable persons. It was a better teaching experience. Not that much related. Students blindly follow syllabus for exam purposes to get the marks in exams. Especially, facility is well-educated. Professors and some temporary faculty are not very expert in .subject
Other: I chose Computer Science and Engineering because of the latest trends and popularity of latest technology. My skills in coding, and I want to do many projects. Best thing in the college is fests and events that are conducted by students.

Decent teaching and average infrastructure.
Placements: Very less percentage of people are getting placements, and about 7-9 people are getting internships that too with very little amount stipend of that is nearly Rs 9,000 per month which is very low. Companies like L&T are coming for campus recruitment but the salary is below average.
Infrastructure: Hostel and college infrastructure are not upto the mark as compared to other colleges. There is no Wi-Fi connectivity at the college. Leave Wi-Fi, you won't even get mobile signal in the hostel as it is situated in the mountains. The mess food is good, and you find it as the best if you have previously been in a hostel. The equipment in the labs is very outdated, and the management won't even change it.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable but only few of them are qualified. Only a very few of them are helpful in studies. There are only 3 or 4 faculty members who can actually explain the topic deeply for students. Others are just puppets. The curriculum is somewhat relevant but not upto the mark as it is not nearly enough to make students industry-ready.
