Osmania University offers postgraduate programmes in the areas of arts, commerce, science, education, law, mass communication, and more. These programmes include the MA, M.Com, M.Sc, Integrated M.Sc, MSW, M.Ed, MCJ, LLM, M.Li.Sc, M.P.Ed. Graduation is the primary requirement for admission to Osmania University's postgraduate programme. For entry into MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MSW, or M.Li.Sc programmes, applicants must have completed their undergraduate degrees in the respective discipline with a minimum cumulative GPA of 40%. Admission to the MA, M.Sc., M.Com, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, MCJ, MSW, M.Li.Sc., and LL.M. programmes is contingent on passing the university's OUCET exam.

Candidates seeking admission in a MSc course of UCS Hyderabad must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. The aspirants who are BSc or a valid bachelor's degree pass can apply for admission. At the time of admission and form filling, candidates must hold the important documents for verification purposes. 

There are a total of 900 seats for MSc programmes offered at the University College of Science, Osmania University. It is divided across the offered course specialisations. The seat allotment procedure is carried out as per sanctioned seat intake and applicants scores in CPGET. The mentioned intake is as per the official website/ sanctioning body. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Numerous UG courses in the fields of arts, science, commerce, education, law, and management are offered at Osmania University. April is when the application process starts, and June or July is when classes start. Although certain courses require students to take the entrance exam, the qualifying exam score is the primary factor in admission. BA, B.Sc, B.BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BCA, LL.B, B.P.Ed, B.Li.Sc, and BHMCT are among the programmes offered by OU. These programmes last for three years.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is an entrance exam for Undergraduate and Post-graduate studies, standardised by the goverment and conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which also happens to conduct few other large scale examinations including JEE-mains and NEET. 

There are many colleges who have opted to take admissions only on the basis of scores in CUET and Osmania University happens to be among them. So, yes, CUET is required for Osmania University.

It is same as other universities. The marking system is not different. The 2 internal marks in each semester along with record and practical and theory exam marks are calculated. From the two internal marks obtained the average is calculated and the rest will be added bsed on the students performance in the semesters. The credits are given based on the attendance, discipline and the participation of the student and so on.

There is no other alternative for attending the internal exams. One have to attend the exam only on the scheduled dates given by the university. The exams are not conducted again for anyone. If anyone doesn't attend they will loose the internal marks.

If the Student doesn't attend or fail the internal exam the marks of the internals are not added to the final GPA of that particular semester. The exams are also not conducted again by the University College of Science, Osmania University. 

Campus life always makes any college a better one. The college have great equipment in labs and also many reasearch labs along with RUSA is also within the campus. The instrumentation and few of the experiments can be conducted in the high end labs where the student can get hands on experience of all the experiments. The highly qualified faculty are another major part and are supportive in supporting one for their career path.

College have many different courses. I am a genetics graduate and I can specifically speak about the lifeSciencestream. The college have many varied courses and also multi disciplinary courses like biomedical engineering, B.Tech in Textile biotechnology and also have classical courses like Biochemistry, microbiology and so on. All the departments are equipped so mostly all the course are excelled in their own way. All the departments conduct their own international conferences every year and projects by students. Based on the induvidualinterestyou can choose the course.
