Good placements, experienced faculty, and good infrastructure.
Placements: Around 80 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package ever is INR 44 lacs per annum. The average package is around INR 7 to 8 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Maruti Suzuki, Hero, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Yamaha, Indiamart, Tata 1MG, Amazon, Federal Bank, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, big, and spacious. There are different buildings for each department. All departments are wifi-enabled. Big seminar halls are there. Hostel rooms are spacious. A very large sports infrastructure is available. Hostels are very big. Food quality is average. Free medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: The faculty is very experienced. Nearly all the faculty members are doctorate degree holders and have been teaching at the college for a long time. The curriculum framework is also very good and credit-based. Semester exams are moderate to difficult. Pass percentage is around 80 percent.

Our college has good placements.
Placements: In our college, almost 75% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 1 LPA to 2 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 70,000 per annum.
Infrastructure: Our college provided good infrastructure. Many books were available in the library. Medical facilities were available. The mess and canteen were good. The quality of the food was good. The mess was available between every 50-60 meters.
Faculty: Our teachers were good and helpful. The teaching quality was excellent. The course curriculum was relevant. It made students industry-ready. Semester exams were easy.
Other: Functions were excellent.

Good but skill need some improvements in administrative department.
Placements: Package was not more than average only some students got the opportunity to get in some good core companies. All company were really good for the future perspective of the student and they can secure good job with good salary packages per annum which help them for better future.
Infrastructure: Good ambiance specially safe for girls and provide good quality of good as compared to the nearby college hostels. Mess were really hygienic and the behaviour of mess staff were really appreciated and the sports equipments were really good for the extra activities.
Faculty: We have some very good teacher in mechanical branch who always help us to know about new innovative skills for companies. Paasing in semester exams is all about the student how he read although teachers help in understanding the concepts really well which help to clear exam.

Our college provides good infrastructure and faculty members.
Placements: Almost 85% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA to 7 LPA. Around 22 students got internships in government departments such as DRDO, Thermal Power Plant, PHED, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Machines are also available in our college. The hostel facilities are average. Students are charged an additional service fee as the name of servent charge. The Wi-Fi connection is not good.
Faculty: Faculty members are good in our college. They are very friendly with students. Many additional courses are available.
Other: Excelsior is one of the functions held every year, and Ratnawali is an inter-zonal fest conducted at this university.

The environment of the college is good.
Placements: About 30% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 7 LPA, the minimum package is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. About 90% of students were placed in companies. Many companies came to the campus and the maximum number of students got jobs.
Infrastructure: There is a huge library that contains many seats, and there is also Wi-Fi. Hostel facilities are also good, and the food at MS is also good. There is a health center that is open day and night. The hospital facilities are also good.
Faculty: Teachers help everyone in their studies. They also help with projects and practical work. Every teacher is highly qualified. Students are ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate. A maximum number of students passed the semester exams because they were easy.
Other: I chose this college because I like the mechanical field.

It is a good college, but placements for mechanical are less than other branches.
Placements: Approximately 40-60% of students got placements. 3-4 LPA is the average package. Wipro, Infosys, Adani, etc., companies also visit here for placements. SAE program is run by the mechanical department so that all students know about the real struggle. Overall, the criteria are good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. The food is not good in the hostel. Faculty members are working with appropriation. They support us in every situation, even in co-curricular activities. A healthcare centre is available, along with ambulance services for students.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Projects are given so that students can prepare themselves well and gain practical knowledge. Semester exams are good. The syllabus is also designed from the GATE point of view. The syllabus pattern is good. A library is available.

A great college with great infrastructure and the best faculty.
Placements: 60-70% of students were placed in Mechanical Engineering. The highest package offered was 6 LPA and the lowest package was 1.2 LPA. The top recruiter among all the companies was Infosys and TCS. The college offered no internship to any of the students. The placements were mainly in the sales department.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the building is great. All facilities are provided by the college including free Wi-Fi. Practical knowledge is also given to students via Labs. Labs are fully equipped with all the latest instruments and machinery. The library is open to all the students irrespective of the course selected.
Faculty: The faculty members are really helpful and well-educated. The majority of the faculty staff are Ph.D. holders. The teaching quality of the teachers is also very nice. The course curriculum offered is similar to the syllabus of the GATE exam which helps the students to prepare for GATE as well simultaneously. The difficulty of semester exams is quite high and only the students who study regularly gets good marks.
Other: The teaching staff of mechanical engineering is really helpful and well educated, this is why I chose this course. Events, Fests, and Cultural activities are held every month. The campus crowd is also great with greenery all around.

Our college doesn't provide good placements for mechanical.
Placements: Placements in UIET, KUK are below average for mechanical but placements are good for computer science engineering. In our batch, hardly 2-3 students out of 70 got placed. Adani Gas and Bosch are the top recruiting companies for mechanical engineering in UIET, KUK. Even internships are not much good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and there is a different and big building/department for a mechanical branch. Hi-speed Wi-Fi is available in the entire building. Labs are good with hi-tech instruments. There is a different library for B.Tech and you can easily get almost every syllabus book from there. Hostels are above average and food is average. There is a different department for sports in KUK being a university student you can easily take part in any sport.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. Teaching quality of teachers is fine. You will get only theoretical knowledge even UIET KUK has good labs but teachers hardly focus on the practice knowledge of students. Our college is an autonomous body, and teachers prepare semester exams and UIET conducts these exams on its own, and results are also made by UIET teachers. So semester exams are not so difficult. UIET is an autonomous body but still, exams are unbiased and invigilation strict in exams. You need atleast 37% to pass in every subject and you should have 70% class attendance to be eligible for examination.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in machines and automobiles. I don't remember any good thing about our course. I think teachers should focus on practical knowledge of students to make them industry-ready. University organise many events, and fests every year and you can take part in every event. University also provides scholarship to eligible students.

Kurukshetra University or any other University does not provide an Engineering Degree through Distance Mode. Such Degrees are not recognised.

No, on the above-mentioned rank, it is difficult to get a government college in Kurukshetra. So, you can go for a private college.
