Talking about internships, that is quite better than actual placements, but the number of students getting selected is quite too less.

Really good placements and college ambiance.
Placements: 90% placements. Average package is 8 LPA. The highest is 28 LPA. 100% of students got an internship. Companies like IBM, Texas Instruments, Applied Materials, Skyworks, SAP Labs, Quest, Tejas Network, Hyper Works, Extreme Networks, Syncron, Aurigo, and many.
Infrastructure: Evening in college is good, as it is a government college, they provide as much as they can provide, excluding the college campus area, everything is good. Labs are good. Teachers are good. Nature is good. Classrooms are not that good. Now renovation is going on.
Faculty: Every faculty member is helpful and understands the student situation. Helps students during their bad times. Gives good marks based on our performance. Teaches every unit without missing any topics. Gives important questions and helps to get placed, and that's all.

M.E. in Manufacturing Science Engineering - Batch of 2024

In our college, admission is only carried out with KEA allotment.
Placements: As far as I know, most people attend placement drives, but companies hire only 1-2 students. About 30-50% of students are placed. I think the average salary for a person from our college is around 3 to 8 lakh per annum. Insight Technologies, Craft Tech 360, etc., are the top companies. About 10% of students receive internships. The leading courses in demand are artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, machine design, and manufacturing science and Technology.
Infrastructure: The college provides excellent facilities for students, such as laboratories equipped with the latest technology and computer systems, as well as free Wi-Fi. The library is well maintained, with plenty of space to work on our projects. There are only boys' hostels near our college. If you want to join the girls' hostel, you need to travel 2-3 km from our college. Metro facilities are available and the nearest metro station is close to my college.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and there are knowledgeable persons. They are Ph.D. in that particular role. Official and strictly followed by the instruction provided by the register office. Come to the point of the semester exams on the college examinations are going well In my opinion it's not a difficult examination you are going to understand the concept is very easy for us don't want to create tension to crack exams. You just learn about the technology is a period technology as well.
Other: UVCE, Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, is one of the government colleges in Karnataka. It is the only government university college with affordable fees, making it accessible for middle-class students. It also boasts a good placement record. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the city center, close to the Vidhan Soudha, and offers many facilities for students studying at a government college. The government hostel provides a supportive environment, making it a great place to learn and earn a degree from this college.

The best college with low fee education is quite good and hostel facilities are very best.
Placements: Our college, UVCE, is excellent for real-life experience placements. The placement rate for the EEE branch is slightly lower, around 60 to 70%, but there are plenty of opportunities at UVCE for all types of students. The highest package for the EEE course on campus is 14 Lacs per annum, while off-campus packages can reach about 24 LPA. The lowest package is 5 to 6 LPA, with an average of 8 to 9 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS, and many students will get internship opportunities here in leading companies, depending on their skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not that good don't expect it but now our college is turning IIT so they are altering. The hostel facilities are very good at low prices. They provide food both veg and non-veg. Non-veg is given 2 times per week and rooms are good.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and well-educated. They had so many years of service but will not try to complete syllabus floor academics sometimes because in this college. You can get a lot of holidays, cancellation of classes more opportunities for other activities.
Other: They should provide more free time for developing skills and their passion campus environment is so nice and fine aluminum. Scholarships are provided for students and a lot of extracurricular activities are there for college performances.

My review of UVCE Bengaluru.
Placements: Our placements are department-specific, and my course comes under the CSE department, along with CSE and ISE. Our CSE and ECE boast the highest placements, above the 90-95% mark. 15-20 LPA offers are common, and more than 160 companies visit our college for placements every year. The average package for the software companies is 7 LPA - 8 LPA, whereas the core EEE/mech/civil has a bit less than that. Companies like Texas Instruments, Juniper Networks, and JPMC come to our college every year. The highest package we get is 55 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is one of the weaker points of our college. There is a shortage of classrooms (but still we manage daily due to excellent coordination between the teachers and students). We have a student's Wi-Fi, but it's overloaded almost every time, so not very useful. Library is big and has a very good collection of books. We have a good e-library and journal collection too. Hostel building is average, but the food there is very good. The warden is chill. We don't have a dedicated mess, but there are 2-3 government messes nearby.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified masters/PhDs. Teaching quality is a hit or miss, but that's the case with every college out there. Course curriculum is outdated, it was last updated in 2020. Our semester-end exams are on a bit of a higher difficulty level than the other engineering colleges.
Other: I chose this because it's an emerging field and also it comes under CSE department during placements. Improvements I would suggest are the updation of syllabus. Campus crowd is the best thing about this college. Everyone comes here only to study/improve their career. You can meet many smart people and network with them. We have a very high amount of juniors and seniors interaction. This is the USP of our college, I would say. Seniors gladly help you out. Usually have 2 fests a year, one technical and one cultural, but there's no shortage of fun events throughout the year.

UVCE a brand for nothingUVCE a brand for nothing.
Placements: My course architecture Bachelor doesn't unnecessarily have placement records. But we need to apply to different from by a cell and the teachers also help us in doing the same. Like other branches we do not have a dedicated placement cell as such. It is a self help process.
Infrastructure: The course is good and interesting and beneficial. But not the hostels. The hostels are in the same condition as any other government institute or building. Very congested and dirty and ill managed. A room for 4 is accommodation 10 students the rooms are ripping from the ceiling.
Faculty: The faculty is really nice. There are a lot of experience teachers and architects and planners. But the examination procedure as a whole for the college is not on track. The exam are very irregular and the college does not follow any time table as such.
Other: The college is a brand in itself people respect this college a lot due to its name IE Vishwesvaraiya. There are many events and best happening All around The year in which the student can participate and even volunteer at time.

It's a very nice college. I recommend joining here.
Placements: The architecture department usually has low-class strength as it's a difficult course and in my class there are 28 students. Our placements are pretty good all the top companies prefer UVCE. Rs. 16,000- Rs. 30,000 is our package and for architecture, we have alot of opportunities like landscaped architecture interior designer.
Infrastructure: The main campus has Wi-Fi, vending machine, a canteen, and labs, which are also very good. Hostels are pretty good too we have proper hygiene and decent food.
Faculty: Some teachers are extremely good and have great knowledge but some of them are not good. They hold on grudges, they give more marks to their favourite students. Our HOD is a very nice person like he is one of the best human I've ever met.
Other: I always wanted to study architecture it is an excellent course for the one interested in it and it is one of the most highly paid courses. I wish that some of the teachers should be changed. Events are very good on the main campus we have late-night events also. We do have scholarships. We have a lot of fests in our college which are amazing we even have late-night events and we have many clubs like IEEE and others.
