Steps for UVCE Admission Process 2025
Admission to the courses offered at the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering is entrance-based. The institute offers two courses at the undergraduate level (BTech, BArch) and two at the PG level. Candidates who clear the CET and are given seats by the KEA, are eligible for admission to UVCE's UG Engineering / Architecture courses. Candidates are selected for college through KEA counselling. 1: Application Process
After KEA has allotted seats (to various courses at UVCE, aspirants can contact the admission office at UVCE, K.R Circle, Bengaluru, to take formal admission for the desired course. The form can be obtained from the college campus.
2: Selection Process
The institute will shortlist the candidates based on their performance in the entrance tests. Additionally, students need to partake in the counselling process to be allotted a seat at the college. Students will have to download the admission order from the KEA website.
3: Admission Confirmation
Students need not pay any additional fee to submit the admission form at the college other than the one already paid to the KEA while downloading the admission letter.

Candidate must qualify for KCET with at Least 45% aggregate in 10+2 from a recognised board.
So, you don't even need to give JEE, just give KCET and qualify.
Candidates seeking Admission in Visvesvaraya College of Engineering need to appear for Common Entrance Test conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). For B.Arch admissions, the university will consider NATA or JEE Main valid scores. For PG admission like M.E. the candidate have to appear in any of the exam GATE/PGCET and admission will be totally on the merit basis.
