A very affordable government college with good placement.

Placements: Almost all the studeget placed in uvce. The highest package was around 59 LPA last year. Some of the top recruiting companies includes atlassian, SAP labs and fivetran. Internship oppare also good but if you want to go for internshiin second year only Two companies recruit for that. Top role offerein our course is software developed.

Infrastructure: Library, computer labs and Wi-Fi everything is available but if you expect very good infrastructure then this college is not for you, You can go for any other private college. Canteen is quite okay but you may have to compromises for sports and games as there are not too much opportunity. Coming to the hostel, it is quite good and low cost also which anyone can afford.

Faculty: Faculty is not that good but a pressure is also low. So, you can concentrate on developing other skills. And course curriculum is also easy while comparing to other college you can easily score 8gpa+. Faculty is really supportive if u ask any doubt But like any other college most of the time you have to explore yourself.

One of the best colleges in Karnataka.

Placements: The average package is 16 LPA. It is the top most placement college, in the Karnataka state. RVCE is first, bmsce is second and the third is uvce.

Infrastructure: It is a 106 years old college, where the Infrastructure is too old. High roofs, big doors, large windows are available, but they made some useful alterations. Computer labs are really good. Library is also nice, with thousands of books. Overall, infrastructure is not so good, compared to private institutions.

Faculty: Attendance is not compulsory in this college. This is the only college in Karnataka where lecturers also bunk their classes. If you are willing to study by yourself, then join here.

I am very satisfied with its placements and faculty members.

Placements: Placements are good in our college as compared to other colleges. Almost 82% of students got placed in mechanical including IT and core. Placements are going on for the year 2022-2023. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the mechanical block is not good. Workshops are also not good. Wi-Fi is available in our library. New building is under construction for hostels but they do not provide any basic facilities. I am a day scholar so I do not know about hostel facilities. But I have heard from friends that the food served in the hostel is very good.

Faculty: Permanent faculty members are good. They teach us very well. Guest faculty members are good but few of them are not good at teaching. Our college syllabus provides only theoretical knowledge. If you want practical knowledge then you should visit industries. Semester exams are not difficult. Study materials are also provided by faculty members to get a good CGPA.

Other: Many clubs are available like IEEE, Adhamya, Thathva, etc. These clubs will conduct many events throughout the year. Attending events will get points which is helpful in resume building.

Return on investment at its best .

Placements: Nearly 100 companies comes to college for placements and the average package is 5-6 LPA. And the placements coordinator are very much friendly and the companies provide internship opportunity to the students who have got placed in the company and many companies provide soft skill development programme for free.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good as it is getting renovated now and the labs have all the facilities students needed and the best part is that the college library has all the books students require and it has Wi-Fi The hostel is very good and the quality of food in hostel is great.

Faculty: All the teacher's in the institute are well qualified and the teacher's are very helpful and the classes will be conducted regularly and there are many placements related events which makes students industry ready The semester exam are not much difficult if we are prepared and for passing 100/40 marks is required.

The best thing about our college is that it has the highest placement opportunities in Bangalore.

Placements: The top recruiting companies like Dell, Microsoft, Volvo, Royal Enfield, Godrej, VMware, Adobe, Allstate, SAP, Accolite, McKinsey Digital, etc., visit our campus for placements. We do have a placement cell in our college, and the best thing is students from the particular batch only take the initiative to handle the placements of their year. The roles offered to placed students were mainly in the IT sector, and they are software developer, test analyst etc.

Infrastructure: The college is not that great in terms of infrastructure. The labs are very old, and the equipment is old and outdated. The library has a sufficient number of books but a bit old. The classrooms are good, and they are getting renovated. Wi-Fi is very good in the library.

Faculty: They teach us beyond the syllabus, which will be helpful in our career. The faculty members are very good, and all are well versed and keen in their teaching to give their best. The course curriculum is quite rigorous, and at the same time, it is also student-friendly. Along with these, there are many activities, which are held throughout the year.

It is a very old college like 100 years old, but it provides good placements.

Placements: Placements were excellent. This was a government-run college and the percentage of students placed in our batch was 97%. The highest package was offered by Microsoft, and the lowest package was offered by mass recruiter like Infosys, Cognizant, MindTree, Accenture.

Infrastructure: The laboratories were good as it was sponsored by Dell Inc and classrooms were huge. Library was huge and has all the textbooks required for the course. The hostel was good and it has been renovated in recent times as the funds were released by the government.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and highly qualified in their respective subjects. They were very knowledgeable about their respective fields. The teaching quality was average, and I would recommend studying online for the industry-standard course or coding.

It provided good placements in 2016-17. I am dissatisfied with the infrastructure and maintenance.

Placements: I am in the first year right now, but this year in our college, the passing out batch has 100% placements in the ISE branch. About 2 students from CSE and 1 from ISE courses got the highest salary package of 50 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Oracle, TCS, Adobe, Dell, etc., visit the college for placements. In the CSE branch, there are 80-85% on-campus placements.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not up to the mark. Labs are very old, and instruments are also not good enough. Labs are very dusty, and there are birds everywhere. The Wi-Fi signal is really poor. Classrooms are average. Hostel facilities are also not good. The quality of food served is terrible, and we just have one Nandini Parlour in our college. There is no ground for sports.

Faculty: Teachers are experienced and highly qualified. Most of them teach really well. Semester exams are not that difficult. If you have studied and have an idea about your syllabus, then exams are easy.

Other: There are many clubs in our college so that students can participate and learn a lot of stuff.

Placements are quite good in uvce, the highest placement offered here is 51 Lacs.

Placements: Placements are very good in uvce, no government college provides placements like this, CS and ise placements are almost 100%. The highest placements offered here is 51 lacs, and average package is 5-6 lacs, moreover in Bangalore you can find many other job opportunities too.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good at all. New hostel is under construction for boys. And mess food is very much good compared to other hostels even private hostels and mess is cheap too. New hostel will be completed by 2022 most probably. Mess fee is very cheap 75 rupee per day.

Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and helpful here. They also provide good guidance. Academics are not that much difficult, one can easily score good in uvce and prepare for other competitive exams. Moreover no one can come here through management, that's the main good thing about uvce.
