Really good placements and college ambiance.
Placements: 90% placements. Average package is 8 LPA. The highest is 28 LPA. 100% of students got an internship. Companies like IBM, Texas Instruments, Applied Materials, Skyworks, SAP Labs, Quest, Tejas Network, Hyper Works, Extreme Networks, Syncron, Aurigo, and many.
Infrastructure: Evening in college is good, as it is a government college, they provide as much as they can provide, excluding the college campus area, everything is good. Labs are good. Teachers are good. Nature is good. Classrooms are not that good. Now renovation is going on.
Faculty: Every faculty member is helpful and understands the student situation. Helps students during their bad times. Gives good marks based on our performance. Teaches every unit without missing any topics. Gives important questions and helps to get placed, and that's all.

The best college with low fee education is quite good and hostel facilities are very best.
Placements: Our college, UVCE, is excellent for real-life experience placements. The placement rate for the EEE branch is slightly lower, around 60 to 70%, but there are plenty of opportunities at UVCE for all types of students. The highest package for the EEE course on campus is 14 Lacs per annum, while off-campus packages can reach about 24 LPA. The lowest package is 5 to 6 LPA, with an average of 8 to 9 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS, and many students will get internship opportunities here in leading companies, depending on their skills.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was not that good don't expect it but now our college is turning IIT so they are altering. The hostel facilities are very good at low prices. They provide food both veg and non-veg. Non-veg is given 2 times per week and rooms are good.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and well-educated. They had so many years of service but will not try to complete syllabus floor academics sometimes because in this college. You can get a lot of holidays, cancellation of classes more opportunities for other activities.
Other: They should provide more free time for developing skills and their passion campus environment is so nice and fine aluminum. Scholarships are provided for students and a lot of extracurricular activities are there for college performances.

It is one of the best colleges in Bangalore but placements only depend on students hardwork.
Placements: I am from the EEE 2024-2028 batch. About 71% of students got placed in the EEE branch from the 2020-2024 batch. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges between 6-8 LPA. A total of 229 companies visited our college, including Royal Enfield, Tata Technologies, IBM, Microsoft, and other big companies. I don't have much knowledge about internships as I am a first-year student. I do not know anything about roles.
Infrastructure: The college has a good library. Classrooms are old-fashioned. Boys' hostel is pretty decent. The infrastructure is old with old equipment. Boys hostel mess is good. If you want to join this college do not expect anything in infrastructure. The college does not have a playground.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful and well-qualified. Their teaching quality is also good. It has the VTU syllabus, but I do not know if it makes students industry-ready or not. It has one of the highest placement rates. The college conducts 2 internals and 1 end-semester exam. Internals are pretty easy.
Other: UVCE is known for its placement and return on investment. The college has a supportive crowd and seniors are very supportive. This college has few fests compared to other private colleges. The college organises many events and skill development programs. The college intake is only from KCET.

Overall placements and college is good, Infrastructure can be better.
Placements: 60.5% of the eligible candidates got placed from EEE for the year 2022-23. We had a total of 210 companies visit for different streams like SAP Labs, TCS, Deutsche Bank, Daimler, etc. Particularly for the core, we had companies like Texas Instruments, Applied Materials, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper Networks, Flowserve, Tejas Network, Mistral Solutions, Delta Electronics, etc. 42 offers have been made under dream core. EEE students also got placed in many IT companies.
Infrastructure: As it is an older university, the infrastructure is not as fancy as in other colleges in Bengaluru. However, the basic necessities required are being provided. There is Wi-Fi with low access points, labs are okay with the instruments and machines for EEE, classrooms are sufficiently spacious, specifically for EEE, and the library has all the books mentioned in the reference books of the syllabus. Hostel: There are three hostels under UVCE, 1) UVCE boys hostel, K R Circle 2) UVCE girls hostel, Jnanabharathi 3) UVCE girls hostel, Jayanagar. Basic amenities like a cot, cupboard, and study tables are provided with communal washrooms, which are maintained with good hygiene. The food is really healthy and good in taste for me but depends on personal choice. Sports facilities aren't provided, but the management won't object to students playing football and cricket in the open space.
Faculty: Faculty: EEE is one of the two branches with the highest permanent facilities in the college, with a few qualified teachers who earned their Masters and Ph.D. from IITs. Some teachers are really helpful, while others are quite knowledgeable but find it hard to convey information to students. As this is engineering, there will be no spoonfeeding in any college. Students must come out of their comfort zone and work hard by themselves, but they'll get maximum support from faculty members. Curriculum: UVCE is now following the NEP scheme and syllabus specified by UUCMS, making slight changes from the earlier Bangalore University syllabus. Exams: Exams are strictly conducted in our branch, but somehow most of the students clear all the subjects at the end.
Other: Best part of UVCE is the campus crowd, especially your bonding with the seniors will be expected, and they'll be of great help more than your teachers in many things. We'll have quite a good free time compared to other hectic colleges in Bengaluru, so you can explore yourself and learn new technical or soft skills. Fests: We'll have fests around the year with 2/3 cultural fests and 3 technical fests. We have 14 clubs in college conducting various events and activities related to Kannada, theatre, quiz, pop culture, nature, art, photography, etc.

Our college is good in terms of placements.
Placements: Around 38 students got placed in different core and IT companies. About 50% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered for the CS branch is 58.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 4 LPA - 5 LPA. Top roles offered for our course are testing, research team, etc. Our college has TPO for the preparation of placements. They will make us ready to get placed. It is the best section in our college. Our college is very famous for its placements. TPO has a role to achieve that goal.
Infrastructure: Our college has a common library for all branches. We have Wi-Fi in the library. Classrooms are average. Smart classrooms are not available in our college. Our college has labs for every branch like a DC machine lab, an AC machine lab, an electronics lab, a power electronics lab, and a computer lab for the simulation of circuits using MATLAB and other software.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is average. There is no need to worry about semester exams. All students can pass exams by studying. The pass percentage in our batch is 95%.
Other: We have an IEEE team in our college, by which most of the activities are done. If you want to do CSE ISE, you can choose your college without thinking as our college provides many placements in the IT sector. Our college is good in terms of placements. It is an affordable college for students who come from villages.

Temperature is too much in this year and placements too.
Placements: To get a seat at UC College, the city ranking should be below 20,000 and the DCT ranking below. The average CGPA for placement is above 8 CGP. The highest salary package offered by the companies is 8 LPA - 10 LPA. The maximum salary package offered is 20 LPA and 50 LPA. Most of the companies that come to our campus for placements are SAP, Cognizant, and TPO.
Infrastructure: There is free Wi-Fi in the library which will help to view more online classes also and learn something new through YouTube classes. The canteen and the mess food are also very good.
Faculty: Our teachers are good and helpful to students. All teachers have so much practical knowledge. They teach us practicals only and in the 2nd year, they will make our own mini project on the date of their courses and in the third semester, there will be an internship for students.
Other: There will be a time when too many events happen in our college. I must improve my communication skill and that will be much helpful to all students. A fantastic fare in the hostel is too good in Bangalore. Every cultural activity happens in our college like Marvel and other events.

According to me, the return on investment here is the best, around 100%.
Placements: Almost 70-80% of students get placed. The average package offered is 7-8 LPA. Companies like Accenture visit the campus. 90-95% of students are offered internships by companies in the final year of engineering. The placement coordinators are also very helpful to the students.
Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi enabled library on campus. The infrastructure of classrooms is good. There are a lot of books in the library. The college hostel is good. The hostel food is beyond expectations. A new hostel is being constructed which is far better than the old hostel.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, and almost every teacher is a PhD holder and very knowledgeable. Every year, some extracurricular activities and events are organised. The semester exams are very easy. If you study well for internals, you can easily pass semester-end exams by preparing 3-4 units.

UVCE is not a government college as you assume it to be.
Placements: Almost 60% of the students got placed in our college. The lowest salary package offered was 3.6 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 21 LPA. Top companies like SAP and Texas Instruments visit the campus for recruitment. Almost 5% of the students get internships from SAP and Texas Instruments. Roles offered are as a software developer.
Infrastructure: Our college has a pretty good Wi-Fi connection. All other labs, classrooms, and the library is under renovation and are improving. The average food is served in the hostel. There are no sports or games facilities.
Faculty: Few teachers are helpful but some aren't approachable. The teaching quality is pretty good. Courses are up to date. Semesters are too easy to pass.
Other: I chose this course because of the name of the college. It has improved my communication skills. Around 4 fests are held in a year, and there are countless events.
