No, you cannot become a lawyer without a Law degree. You mandatorily need to obtain degrees such as BA/BCom/BSc/BBA LLB or LLB in order to be a lawyer in India. To become a lawyer, one must first complete three-year or five-year LLB from a recognised university and possess degree certificate. Then, they must enrol themselves in local Bar Council of the concerned state and enrolled as an advocate. Within two years of the enrolment, they must appear and clear AIBE in order to be eligible to practise anywhere in India.

Admission to School of Health Sciences and Technology is both merit and entrance-based. UPES Dehradun conducts its own entrance exams like UPES PAT UPESMET UG UPES PAT UPESEAT etc. UPES also accepts national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, NEET etc. for admission to courses in School of Health Sciences and Technology.
The Human Resource Management Syllabus aims to develop skills in strategic management functions including human resource planning, compensation, recruitment, training and development, career planning, organizational effectiveness, employee relations and collective bargaining.
The syllabus usually includes core business subjects such as marketing, finance, accounting and management as well as specialised Human Resourse courses like Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource Information System, Employee Training and Development and Team Building and Leadership. Candidates who have passed graduation in any stream along with Class 10 and Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate can apply for MBA course. Apart from meeting the eligiiblity requirement, candidates also need to pass either UPESMET/ CAT/ CUET PG for admission to MBA course. In case, any aspirant fails to secure the minimum marks* specified by the university, he or she will need to appear for UPESMET. For admission to Global MBA, aspirants only need to come for the PI round. The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview round for further selection. After completion of the selection rounds, aspirants will need to prove their eligibility by provding necessary documents for verification. Aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The placement percentage at KSKVKU, BHUJ is around 50-55% whereas the highest package is 12LPA and the average package is 2LPA. Whereas when compared to school of business, UPES the placement of school of business is higher with the average package of 15.7 LPA and the highest package of 29LPA.
