Great place to get MBA in aviation management.
Placements: Being with UPES not has not just enriched my domain knowledge but also inculcated the very presence of professionalism. Placements of the last batch were 100% but the package was not so good. The average package last year was 4.5 LPA. The job roles offered were business development, flight analysis, airport operations management, ticketing and passenger services.
Infrastructure: UPES has a great social life. Being located in the foothills of the Himalayas, there are so many places to go and so many things to do. It is a beautiful campus spread in acres and is the best place to get the education in a peaceful environment. The campus has almost all facilities except for free Wi-Fi in the whole campus.
Faculty: UPES is the only university which provides specializations in core sectors like oil and gas, aviation and logistics. All faculty members are highly educated and very supportive. Their teaching methodology is quite good and the course is a great mix of both practical and theoretical portions.

Other: I am the student from the Southern part of India and bit afraid to study in UPES. At first, I liked the ambience and then faculty, course plan, design of course which is an industry ready product. Students will be having a very good exposure to industry experts who will be coming as guest lectures.

Other: The first attraction to the college would definitely be its Domain specialized courses before visiting it. Second attraction would be its infrastructure and location which is in Dehradun Valley. Thirdly, UPES also accepts the score of MAT for MBA plus CAT. The negative point is it gives equal consideration to CAT Score and MAT Score while they vastly differ in difficulty level. Now comes the point of placement, I will say you will get the job in the field you wanted to work in but (if leave out the lucky ones) the average package is too low and in other words ROI (Return on Investments) is very low. It depends on your priority, whether you want to study very specific domain or the priority is to earn high. The life at UPES is enjoyable, relaxing, good culture, lot of things to learn. Dehradun has become a good destination for students, so you'll find various colleges and university students from all over India studying there.

MBA in aviation management is a very dynamic course offered at UPES.
But distance MBA is not an option.
You have to go for full time MBA.
Placements are very good in domain companies like Indigo, Vistara, GMR Airport, etc.
