In the last round, the closing percentile among the General Home State category candidates varied between 95.51 and 99.85. VJTI Mumbai is a government institution owned by Maharashtra State Government.  The institute is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute offers B.Tech programme with a total of 19 courses and also offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and research programme and the courses include BTech, MTech, MCA, PhD, etc. Admission to the B.Tech programme is based on the marks obtained in any one of the entrance exams that are JEE Main and MHT CET.
