Is it possible for me to do PhD after doing BE in IT with industrial experience of 12 years?

Hello Shridhar, Unfortunately, in India, the minimum eligibility condition is that one must be PG. Hence, in spite of your immense experience in the industry, I am afraid your dream of obtaining PhD is not going to be fulfilled.
