Velammal College of technology and engineering is good in terms of placement.

Placements: This college is a very good engineering college in Madurai. This college organizes placement training for all the students so that the students get jobs easily. They also give ideas about creating their own business. Salary package ranges from 25000-100000 lacs per month.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is awesome. Free Wi-Fi is available. There are a number of classrooms, computer laboratories and departments. Hostel facilities are available and a variety of foods are available. Sports ground is available in the college

Faculty: Faculty is talented and teaching is good. They conduct extra curricular activities and teach additional courses also. They conduct test series also and it helps in understanding and passing the exams easily. Pass percentage is above 90%.

Other: The environment is good. Functions are conducted in the college. Hence, I chose this college.

A great college with good infra and fantastic placement records.

Placements: There were 80 students in mechanical engineering. Out of 80 students, 55 were interested in placements and they registered for them. From those 55, 51 of us got placed in different companies. 98% students have been placed. The average salary is 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. Labs are available. Classrooms were very neat and big. Wi-Fi is available in departments and labs as well. Classrooms are with projectors and speakers. Labs are very good with advanced standards. Library is very big which contains many sections.

Faculty: Teachers and their teaching quality was really awesome. Their friendly gesture towards the students is really appreciable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is very relevant and it makes students to ready for the industry. The semester exams are not too tough.

This college provides good placements for the 2022 batch.

Placements: Almost 90% of students are placed. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are CTS, Wipro, Accenture, Mindtree, Infosys, etc. They will have a bulk number of students recruited.

Infrastructure: This college provides good laboratory facilities and smart classes in every classroom. It also has one big library in Madurai. It provides a neat canteen and average pricing for food. Our college has a very good medical facility. It also gives equal importance to sports.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable. More internal are kept to get good marks in semester exams. Semester exams are easy because of the coaching provided in our college, almost they cover the syllabus and help students to pass.

Other: It is my dream to study mechanical engineering and this college is very good.

The college has good placement and a campus.

Placements: The placements in our college are good. There are so many pieces of training available on the campus, like communication, stories, aptitude tests and many more. The staff help us when we are about to attend the interview. They guide us during the interview and tell us more about the company.

Infrastructure: Our hostel is somewhat good. The hostel campus is small and there is often a power cut and water shortage. The campus is clean and the food is good.

Faculty: The exams are good and the questions on the paper are printed accurately and clearly. The staff give us hints for the upcoming exams. The curriculum was good and there were quick messages from the officials. The messages were printed on the notice board. There are many courses available at the college, and the teachers guide us when we are weak in the subject.

Other: I like mechanical courses because they are everywhere in the world. It is involved in every activity and in our day-to-day things. The course can be improved by teaching practically.

Good platform for Engineering.

Placements: 1. Totally 90% of the students placed in my college. 2. The highest salary package is 12 lacs par annum, average salary package is 6.5 lacs per annum and the lowest salary package is 2.5 lacs per annum was offered. 3. Ashok leyland, Godrej, Tech mahindra, DHL etc. were the top recruiters. 4. Ashok leyland, tech mahindra etc. offered top job roles. 5. The highest package is 6.5 LPA, average package is 4 LPA and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. was offered to our course. 6. More than 60% students got internships.

Infrastructure: 1. In my college mobile phones are permitted. So we enjoy at break time and free hours. Infrastructure and food facilities are very nice. 2. And if any student have an emergency, that student would be admitted at the velammal medical college. The medical college is nearly 5 kms from the college.

Faculty: 1. Probably most of the faculty members are well experienced and teaching is very well to their students. 2. The college administration provides more facilities like library, gym, projectors in all classrooms, and conducting symposium, Mini contest, competitions etc.

Other: 1. I like bikes and cars, so I chose Mechanical engineering. 2. I wish to improve my technical skills in my college. 3. In my college events, symposium, sports day are organised every year. My college organise scholarships for Government quota students.
