Yes, TNEA Counselling is required for BTech admission. candidates who have completed Class 12 with 50% each in Physics and Chemistry and 100% in Mathematics are eligible to apply for BTech and BE courses. Aspirants are shortlisted based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. The shortlisted candidates need to come for TNEA Counselling for final selection.

The selection to MBA is based on TANCET score. The Government Quota seats are filled through TANCET while Management Quota seats are filled through Consortium self-finance colleges.
