Great college for events, but self study required.

Placements: There were no placements which looked promising towards the course we opted for. The only placements which were available were for sales and BPO tele calling, most of the students got the job from outside, their own efforts or are still unemployed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was no doubt splendid. One of the key feature of the college is the infrastructure which leads to any student to join the college. The amphitheatre, auditorium, library are worth spending time along with the ground and then (sports area). The college is also rated A+ by NAAC.

Faculty: The faculty had both good and bad teachers. Bad as in they weren't seem to be interested in teaching, just came and read the PPT out cloud. But there were some excellent teachers too who gave their 100% to the students and made them understand the topic in a way so that they can remember it not just for the exam but for their own understanding.

Other: The reason for choosing data Science was obvious as it was the talk of the crowd. The thing I would like to be improved is the hands on experience of the course. Most of the time we are just learning of what's happening but never got to apply it. Events, fests, campus crowd are top notch.

Campus life is best in VSIT.

Placements: From my batch there were only 2 students who got placed at TCS and few secured internship from the college the package was 4LPA for the Jr. Data scientist role and students who got internships were through Q spider internship was not paid. Surely in coming years it will grow up more.

Infrastructure: It? S a great college faculty here are with good knowledge and experienced If you need help they are ready to help you leaving few of the faculty members rest are sweet and nice Canteen and college campus is best canteen is bit expensive but good also there are few stalls like Nescaf? And CCD in campus .

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and good in nature holding a good amount of knowledge and are well qualified course is best looking after the growth of Ai ML in industry Exams are pretty intermediary level if you study well enough and attend lectures you can pass the exams with flying colors.

Other: I chose this course looking at the growth of ML in industry My batch was pretty good and it saw a second batch for the course in our college so there were few placement issues but surely they will grow for further batches and now according to new NEP the industry will get good freshers coming out as the course has became 4 years and students get more time to get industry ready.
