Good but needs more improvement in our course.
Placements: Placement is not good but it's the best according to the fee and I don't expect anything but it provides decent placement offers. The average package is 9 LPA in the B.Tech CSE course but not in ours. Top companies are visiting but do not know about this college. Students need to find internships themselves and choose the best role according to their profile.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and I am not expecting much better according to the price and fee structure. Department cell is also good. The services are also good. The hostel is decent but needs some improvement. Wi-Fi and labs are good. Library is also available. For games, multiple games are available to play. Medical facilities are also good.
Faculty: Faculty is qualified from different colleges. Their teaching quality is also good. Teachers are always very helpful to students. One thing is that our course is not relevant for placement and jobs, we need to do higher studies. Semester examinations are easy to appear for. 80 to 90 percent is the passing ratio of the semester examination.

Supportive faculty, peaceful environment.
Placements: I am currently pursuing the second year of B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. In my batch, all classmates are supportive and help each other. In my course, there are near about 80 percent of students placed. The top recruiting companies are Siemens, Schneider, etc. There are all students got internship in the top recruiting companies mentioned above.
Infrastructure: In my course, there are separate labs for all subjects, and also separate computer labs available for each subject. In my course classroom and also in labs, there is Wi-Fi available. The facilities in my hostel are good. There are 24/7 security guards available, and washing machines available. The food in the mess is also good, and it maintains cleanliness in the mess.
Faculty: In my course, the faculty are absolutely helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching is absolutely good. They explain every concept very deeply and in simple language. The course also provides the curriculum activity through departmental clubs, industrial visits, and organizing the sessions and workshops. The semester exams are difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I really want to be a part of the institution, and also, it is one of the top institutions in Maharashtra. The festival and events are so interesting that students from other regions also participate in these events.

College is very old and well-reputed.
Placements: Currently, I am in my second year, so no one is placed right now. Since I am studying here, the highest package someone got is 12-13 LPA, and the lowest package, I guess, was 5 LPA. For our course, the top recruiting companies are Schneider, Siemens, Applied Materials, Honeywell, etc. No idea how many of them got internships. No idea about the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is a little bit old since our college was established in 1947, so there are no sudden big changes in the main building. Hostels are also average, not much developed, and high-tech. Wi-Fi is available 24/7. You can have problems when the power gets cut. To be honest, every mess feels boring after several days of eating. Mess food is average. We have badminton, volleyball, a tennis court, and a football and cricket ground, as well as the gym.
Faculty: Faculty members are well qualified, and we are satisfied with them. We also have workshops and sessions where we can develop our practical knowledge. One-year exams are held in two semesters. In each sem we are having ISE-20marks, MSE-30marks, and ESE-50 marks.

Good placements and vibe, bad mess food, above average infrastructure of the college.
Placements: Nearly 70 percent of our students were placed in the electronics branch in 2024. The job market of Eln is hit hard, but still, the branch managed to get this many placements. The highest package goes around 22-24 LPA, and the average was around 7.5 LPA to 8 LPA in my course.
Infrastructure: The best part about college is that it is equipped with Wi-Fi all over the campus. This makes life really easy and convenient for us students. The classrooms are good, and our college has a huge central library. The mess is below average and barely crosses the bare minimum mark. The canteen is good, and our college has very good sports facilities.
Faculty: Teachers in our branch are very helpful. Our branch eln is special as our professors are relatively very chill as compared to other branches in our college. The courses and NEP 2020 are based on and are up-to-date. The teaching quality, I would say, is very average. Although the teachers are highly qualified, they lack teaching empathy and other skills.

Short review of WCE Sangli.
Placements: I am pursuing a B Tech degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning from Walchand College. My college has nearly 80 to 85 percent of students placed in top companies from the CSE branch. From 2023, the college intake is increased for the CSE & IT branch and two new branches, AIML & Robotics Automation. Last year, the highest package is near 1.5 crores. Top Tech companies visited the campus, like Rubrics etc.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in the college like Wi-Fi but the infrastructure is old. West Maharashtras largest library is in a college. The hostel facility is not available for all students. Semester exams are very strict; in every classroom, 2 to 3 cameras are set up. Mid sem exam continuing 30 marks, internal exams continuing 20 marks, and end sem exam continuing 50 marks. For passing, an overall 40 marks out of 100 are necessary, and in the end sem 20 are necessary.
Faculty: Almost all teachers are Ph.D. qualified, at least all who have completed M.Tech are helpful with you and they appreciate your dreams college also works on your soft skills like communication and generic skill because they are important for placement interview.
Other: One batch of AIML & Robotics Automation students have not passed from college, so placements are not yet of this branches because these branches are introduced in 2023.

Huge green campus, helpful seniors, no ragging, clubs, competition, and respectful students.
Placements: 80 percent of students get placed in college every year, and many of them opt for higher studies. Highest package is 19 LPA from applied materials, and lowest maybe around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Applied Materials, Schneider Electric, Bosch, Ather, Adani Power, Honeywell, Burns and McDonnell.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available 24X7 in library, classrooms, hostels, study room, and on campus too. Labs are conducted in their respective departments. College has very big campus with separate departments and an academic complex for classes and theory lectures. In hostel, we have 4 sharing rooms and 2 shared rooms for NRI. There are playground, jogging track, a mess, and gym as well.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The course for every department is well structured which helps students develop their technical thinking. They help them to get industry ready. In every semester, with theory courses we have lab courses and some subjects for holistic development. Talking about exams, college has a relative grading system which sometimes creates difficulties for students to get a good GPA. However, if consistent and disciplined we can score good marks.
