STEP 2: Selection Criteria
XIME Bangalore admissions are entirely based on entrance exam scores.
PGDM: The institute selects candidates based on their scores in CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, MAT or GMAT for PGDM Selected candidates are called for GDPI round. The final selection is based on entrance exam scores, performance of the candidates in GDPI round, academic performance and extra curricular, diversity and work experience.

STEP 3: Admission & Fee payment
Selected candidates receive an admission offer. They need to pay the XIME Bangalore fees to confirm their seat.
XIME Bangalore Fee Refund Policy
XIME follows AICTE refund policy for aspirants who withdraw admission before the commencement of the course. The refund requests are usually processed within 15 working days after XIME receives the signed hardcopy of official refund request form at refund@xim.org.
- If a student withdraws admission before the starts of the course, the institute must refund the entire fee after deduction of a maximum processing fees of INR 1,000.
- If student withdraws admission after joining thecourse and if vacated seat is consequently filled by another student by the last date of admission, the institute must refund the entire fee after deduction of a maximum processing fees of INR 1,000 and proportionate deduction of monthly fee and hostel rent, wherever applicable.
- If the seat is not filled, the institute then refunds the security deposit and return original documents.
