Engineering Colleges accepting JEE Main for B.Tech in Uttarakhand

There are no intructions regarding the type of print out needed at the exam hall of AEEE. Thus candidates can carry wither black and white or a coloured one. But, candidates must check the instructions on the admit card before printing it out. If the instructions mentions the type of print out needed then follow the same. Make sure the print is clear and all details are readable.

As per the latest placement statistics, during the 2022 placements, the university placed a total of 275 students. During the placement drive, the the highest and average package offered to students stood at INR 13 LPA and INR 4.18 LPA, respectively.

Apart from this, the student reviews also provide an outlook on the placement scenario at UPES. As per the reviews, the placement rate for the BTech department generally ranges from 70 to 80%. To secure admission to the BTech course at Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technical University (VMSB UTU), applicants must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST categories) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or must be in possession of an equivalent diploma/B.Sc. degree with a minimum stipulated marks. Applicants then have to submit online on the official site, pay the application fee, and go through centralized counselling based on their score in entrance tests like JEE Main. After that, there is the UTU counselling, where there is allotment of seats, confirmation, and reporting at the allotted institute as the last part.
