While filling VITEEE application form, candidates need to keep the following documents and details ready-

• Aadhar card details

• Communication address details

• Class 12th certificate details

• Scanned photo and signature

The documents must be uploaded as per the guidelines issued by the authorities.

VITEEE admit card for VIT entrance exam will be available on OTBS portal. The hall ticket will be available for download 48 hours before allotted exam date. 

VITEEE or Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted once in a year. The computer-based test is done on multiple dates.

Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for SC/ST/applicants hailing from Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the North-Eastern states) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent) from a recognised board to apply for the BTech course. Apart from the qualification, candidates must fulfill the below-mentioned criteria:

• Applicant must be a resident/ non-resident Indian National/ PIO
• Candidates having Mathematics/ Physics/Chemistry in Class 12 only are eligible for all the BTech
• Candidates need to pass Class 12 with Physics/ Chemistry/ Biology and English for admission to BTech Biotechnology, CSE Bioinformatics and ECE Biomedical Engineering.

As per the latest pattern in VITEEE 2027, a total of 100 questions will be asked in exam. Section-wise distribution of questions can be checked below:

• Maths - 40 questions
• Physics- 25 questions
• Chemistry- 25 questions
• English- 5 sections and 
• Aptitude - 5 sections

VITEEE application fee is INR 1450 for Indian applicants and USD 90 for international students. The registration fee amount is same for all categories and is non-refundable. Accepted payment modes are credit card/debit card/netbanking and UPI.

While filling VITEEE application form, candidates need to pay the fee. VIT application fee for all Indian nationals is INR 1,350 (inclusive of GST). Payment has to be done online through net banking/credit card/debit card. Authorities will not accept any other mode of payment. For test cities abroad, VITEEE application fee is 90 USD, to be paid through credit card.
