M.E./M.Tech	All Non-GATE candidates including sponsored (Non-GATE) shall have to appear in PGCET-2022 to become eligible for admission.
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed or appeared for Class 12 or equivalent and secured the mentioned marks (40% for the reserved category). Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subject.

The application fees for JEE Main is written below

• INR 1,000 for Male unreserved, OBC, EWS category candidates
• INR 800 for Female unreserved/OBC/EWS category candidates
• INR 500 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category candidates

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 6593 and closing rank was 7741 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 10559 and 12195. Admission to Computer Science Engineering in SVNIT Surat is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam.
