The syllabus of GUJCET is similar to class 11 and 12. However, some topics may be extra in GUJCETs syllabus which are not covered in class 11 or 12. Students preparing for the GUJCET exam need to study as per the official syllabus which is released by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB). GUJCET syllabus can be categorized as medium in difficulty level. The topics covered in GUJCETs syllabus is similar to CBSE class 11 and 12 syllabus. Once selected, candidates are offered a seat in the university. 67% seats offered under All India Quota are filled based on JEE Main score and 33% offered under ACPC Quota are filled based on GUJCET score. Aspirants need to pay the programme fee after receiving the offer letter to confirm their seat in the university.

The BTech programmes application fee at the Institute of Technology, Nirma University, is INR 1,500. Candidates need to pay this amount in order to apply for their desired course. For students appearing for the qualifying examination from the state of Gujarat, as well as students from Diu, Daman, and Dadra Nagar Haveli, the application fee is INR 350. Applicants from other regions also need to pay INR 1,200. The application fee may be remitted via a number of online payment options, including credit and debit cards, among others.
