BTech at SVNIT Surat is an undergraduate course available for a duration of four years. Moreover, this programme is spread across six specialisations, including Computer Science and Engineering, VLSI and Embedded Systems, Mechanical Engineerind, and more. The institute also offers Dual Degree BTech + MBA. The mode of education for the course is full-time.

SVNIT Surat BTech Fees 2025

The duration of JEE Main exam is 3 hours or 180 minutes. Candidates who fall under PwD category are given 4 hours to complete the exam as they are provided 20 minute extra for every one hour. Students who opts to appear in Paper 2A (BArch) and Paper 2B (BPlan) both will be provided 3.5 hours.
JEE Mains exam is held in morning and evening session. The timing of morning session is 9 am to 12 noon and for evening session the timing is 3 pm to 6 pm. Each day exam is held in two session.
Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For JEE Main Round 6 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 6593 and closing rank was 7741 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 10559 and 12195. Admission to Computer Science Engineering in SVNIT Surat is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
