SOA University considers JEE Main score for admission in BTech course. Candidates can also appear for SAAT conducted by deemed-to-be university for admission. Selected candidates have to participate in counselling process.

The total seats offered for B.E. / B.Tech at GIET University and C. V. Raman Global University are 1374 and 1290, respectively. While GIET University offers this course in 18 specialisations, C. V. Raman Global University offers the same in 27 specialisations. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at GIET University due to higher seats.

In Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, the B.Tech programmee include courses such as Computer Science and engineering, Electrical engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, Information technology, Metallurgical and Materials engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication engineering, Chemical engineering, production engineering. For these all courses, the total tuition fees is INR 1,52,000 - INR 1,82,560 rupees only.

CET Bhubaneswar (CET BBSR) accepts scores from the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) for admission to its B.Tech program. The cutoff ranks for OJEE in 2022 for the general category ranged from 9 to 106, and for JEE Mains, the admission was done through OJEE counseling. The cutoff varies every year and is subject to change. The OJEE is the qualifying exam considered mandatory for CET Bhubaneswar admission, and it is essential for students to get a valid rank in OJEE to get selected for CET Bhubaneswar. 

IIIT Bhubaneswar offers merit and category based scholarships. The G B scholarship is awarded to the top three rank holders from each branch every year. The scholarship amounts for IIIT Bhubaneswar are as follows:

1st Rank: INR 20,000 per annum 

2nd Rank: INR 15,000 per annum 

3rd Rank: INR 10,000 per annum 

 Please note that only candidates from the Odisha State Category "S" are eligible for the following scholarships:

• CAFAS/Medhabruti by Department of Higher Education: INR 10,000 p/a for four years BTech program

TFW scheme is available for three students at the institute, apart from normal TFW, as per Institute norms. Students who applied for the TFW scheme during admission and were not allotted a seat under that category are considered.
