No, to get admission into IIT Madras MTech course, students have to appear for the GATE exam. This is a part of minimum eligibility criteria for M.Tech course admissions. After clearing the GATE exam, the students are selected on the basis of merit list. The students have to obtain a minimum of 60% in their UG course to be eligiblr for admisison.

Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, I could not find any information on the cutoff marks required in the JEE Main or Crescent College's entrance test, namely Crescent Institute Engineering Admission Test (CIEAT 2024) for admission. M.E./M.Tech	Candidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible. AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.
