SRMJEEE 2023 Application Form: SRMIST has released the SRMJEEE application form online at srmist.edu.in. SRMJEEE exam will be held in 3 phases and registration for all 3 phases is now open. Candidates must submit the SRMJEEE 2023 application form online mode before the deadlines. The deadline to apply for the phase 1 exam, phase 2 exam and phase 3 exam is April 16, June 5 and July 17 respectively. The SRMJEEE 2023 application fees can be paid by net banking, credit card, debit card, or demand draft. How to fill SRMJEEE application form for 2023?

Online application form

SRMJEEE application forms 2023 are available in online mode only. To fill the application forms, candidates will need to follow the below steps:

1. Register for SRMJEEE 2023: The first step is to register for the exam. For this, candidates will need to provide their date of birth, name, email id, phone number, and password of their choice. Candidates will receive a unique id and password on their email id and phone number after registering for the exam successfully. Candidates must ensure that they fill in phone numbers and email IDs correctly as they will be used for all future purposes.

2. Login on the official website: Once candidates will receive the ID and Password, they have to log in to complete the application form of SRMJEEE 2023.

3. Filling details in the SRMJEEE application form: After logging into the account, aspirants will be needed to enter all the required personal, academic and address related details.

4. Pay the SRMJEEE application fee: Candidates will be able to pay the application fee of SRMJEEE 2023 through an online voucher code or through e-payment. The SRMJEEE application fee will be around INR 1200. After successful payment, candidates will be able to download the SRMJEEE 2023 application form.

5. Upload scanned documents: Aspirants have to upload all the required documents along with their recent photograph and signature etc.

Candidates need to preserve the following documents after filling the SRMJEEE 2023 application form. These documents will be required during the SRMJEEE 2023 counselling and at the time of admission.

  • Copy of downloaded SRMJEEE 2023 application form
  • Other documents used for filling the application form – personal, academic details.
  • SRMJEEE 2023 admit card
SRMJEEE application correction window

SRMJEEE application correction window 2023 will be available on the official website tentatively from the first week of April, 2023. Candidates who will successfully register for the exam will only be able to edit/rectify/make changes to their already submitted SRMJEEE 2023 application forms except for their email id, mobile number, and campus preference.

Q. Can I apply for SRMJEEE 2023 offline?

A. No, you can not apply for SRMJEEE offline. SRMJEEE 2023 application forms are available online.

Q. When will SRMJEEE 2023 be held?

A. SRMIST will hole SRMJEEE on April 21st 2023 , April 22nd 2023, April 23rd 2023 (Phase 1); June 10th 2023, June 11th 2023 (Phase 2); and July 22nd 2023,  July 23rd 2023 (Phase 3).

Q. What if the computer turned off in between filling in the Application Form for SRMJEEE?

A. There will be no problem. Data you fill in the form will get saved automatically. On logging in next time, you will be able to see the same.

Q. In case, SRMJEE 2023 application gets rejected, how would a candidate know?

A. If an application form is incomplete, then it will not be processed further and no correspondence will be made to intimate the same. Such applications will be rejected. Candidates can log in using their registered Login ID and Password to check the status and information about the incompletion of the SRMJEEE application form.

Q.  If I can't qualify for SRMJEEE 2023, will I be eligible to apply for the exam next year?

A. Yes, such candidates can apply next year provided that they fulfil eligibility criteria of age for SRMJEEE.

Q.  Is it possible to change the course in SRMJEE 2023 application form after submitting it?

A. Candidates can change course details only till no payment has been made against the application form. Once the application fee is paid, candidates will not be allowed to change anything.

Q.  Can I apply for two or more courses?

A. Yes, you can apply for two or more courses but admission will be given only in one course. The application will have to be submitted separately for every course.

Q.  Is cash payment is allowed in any bank account of SRM University against the SRMJEE 2023 application form?

A. You can pay online through Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card or offline by sending DD to SRM University’s address.

Q.  My result of Class 12 is likely to be announced in June next year, am I eligible to apply for SRMJEEE?

A. Yes, you can apply but when the result is declared it should be as per the eligibility criteria otherwise admission will be cancelled. 

Q.  Are JEE and other Government engineering entrance exam marks considered for admission in SRM?

A. Top 1,000 rank holders in JEE Main, Top rankers in Board Examinations and districts toppers in Tamil Nadu state are recommended to approach Directorate of Admission with valid proof.

Q.  I have obtained 70% marks in 12th in aggregate but in PCM I got 59%, am I eligible for SRMJEEE 2023?

A. Minimum marks required for meeting eligibility criteria is 60% in PCM compulsorily. There is no exemption. You are not eligible for SRMJEEE 2023.

Q.  In the third attempt, I obtained 80% marks in PCM in class 12, am I eligible for SRMJEEE 2023?

A. No, as per the criteria of eligibility for SRMJEEE, you are not eligible. Maximum 2 attempts are allowed.
