RRB JE 2025 Application Form: Registration Ongoing, Revised Dates, Know How To Apply

The RRB JE Application form 2025 was released by the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs). Candidates can submit the application form by registering themselves on the regional websites of RRB. After successful payment of the application fees, the application form will be considered submitted. It is mandatory to complete all the parts of the online form of the RRB JE exam. Before submitting the application form, candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria.

The payment fee is INR 500 for all categories except SC, ST, Ex-Service Man, Female, Transgender, Minorities or Economically Backward Class (EBC). The fee for such candidates for CBT 1 is INR 250.

• Visit the RRBs website
• Create an account: If a candidate have already an account then there should be the same account credentials to log in and apply for it. Visit at rrbapply.gov.in. On the homepage, tick the link 'Click here to apply for RRB JE" under CEN 05/2025. Now click on the apply button and create an account by filling basic details like personal information, Aadhar Verification, contact details and generate a password.

• Candidates need to select the post for which they want to apply
• Fill out the application form and upload all the document as required
• Pay the application fee
• Review the form and submit it
• Download the form and take a printout for future reference

Candidates can pay the fees online via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or UPI Services. Once the payment is done then a confirmation page will be created. Download and take a printout of it.

Candidates required the below mentioned documents to fill the RRB JE application form:

• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• Matriculation/Class 10th certificate
• Scanned signature of a candidate
• SC/ST certificate, etc.

The eligibility criteria is mentioned in the official notification of RRB JE. Check below the eligibility criteria including age limit, nationality, age, educational qualification, etc.

Nationality: A candidate must be either a citizen of India and as mentioned in the notification PDF.

Age Limit: The lower age limit is 18 and the upper age limit is 33 years. 

Academic Qualification:

Candidates need to fulfil the educational criteria as per given in the official notification to appear in the RRB JE recruitment exam.
