Students filling GUJCET application form 2026, without meeting the minimum eligibility criteria, will have to face rejection if they don't meet the GUJCET eligibility criteria 2026. Hence, read the eligibility criteria carefully before filling it out. The eligibility requirements are mentioned below.

• The candidate must be from India and residing in Gujarat.
• Candidates must have passed or appeared in 12th grade or an equivalent exam.
• For BPharm, the candidate must have studied either Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in 12th grade.
• For BE/BTech, the candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in 12th grade.
• The general category candidates should have scored 45% in class 12 board examination.
• Students from reserved category must score 40% in class 12 board examination.

Students must provide following information when filling GUJCET registration form:

• Name and Date of Birth of the student
• Gender and Caste
• Address and Aadhaar Card Number
• Family Income Details
• Academic details such as qualification (Marks card).
• Scanned images of Photographs and Signatures (In prescribed format and dimension).
• Active and valid Email ID and Mobile Number for OTP and further communication.
• Other Requisite Documents wherever asked.

Dimensions and Specifications of Documents

The GUJCET application form 2026 filling process is completely online. Students need to register on the official website, pay application fees, fill out the application form, and upload scanned images of their photos and signatures. Check details below

Step 1: GUJCET 2026 Registration

Registration is the first step in filling the application form for the GUJCET 2026. At the time of registration, Students have to enter their basic details like name, mobile number, email ID, etc. Check below the list of all the required information at the time of GUJCET 2026 registration. 

• Surname, Student name, and Guardian name in the first column
• Select gender (Male/Female)
• Enter a valid mobile number
• Enter a valid email ID
• Set a suitable password
• Confirm the password
• Enter the captcha code
• Click on the “Register” button
• Complete the verification process

After successful registration, Students will receive a user ID/application number and password on their registered mobile number and email ID. Students need to keep safe the details about the application form number and password as it will be required for future login.

Step 2: GUJCET 2026 Fee Payment

After the successful registration process, Students need to pay the GUJCET 2026 application fees. The fee can be paid online using a credit/debit card or internet banking or through any branch of SBI. The amount of application fees is similar for all categories applying for GUJCET 2026. 

• Students will be automatically redirected to the payment page after registration
• Click on the “Fee Payment” link
• Choose a payment method - credit card/debit card/net banking through the SBI EPay gateway

The application fee payment, once successful, will lead to the next page of filling the application form. Students need to save the payment details so as to avoid any payment-related issues with the GUJCET 2026 application form.

Step 3: Fill GUJCET 2026 Application Form

After the payment of fees, Students need to fill the GUJCET application form 2026. The information in the application form has to be filled in carefully and should be as per the official documents. The following information has to be filled in GUJCET 2026 application form

• Date of birth
• Caste category
• Fill in gender (Male/ Female)
• Family annual income
• PWD details (if applicable)
• Address details
• A valid email ID

Step 5: GUJCET Application Form Submission

The application form of GUJCET 2026 will be automatically submitted after the successful uploading of images. Students have to download the filled application form and take its printout. The print copy of the filled GUJCET application form 2026 needs to be kept safe till the completion of the admission process as it will be required at the time of the counselling process along with other necessary documents. 

The facility to make corrections in the filled form will be provided after the GUJCET 2026 application form's last date. The GUJCET 2026 application correction facility will be available online.
