Documents for Online Application Form

• Class 10 and 12 Marksheet/Certificates
• Scanned image of photo and signature
• Credit/debit card or internet banking details for online payment of application fees
• Category Certificate (if belonging to reserved category)

Documents for Offline Application Form

• Xerox copies of class 10 and 12 mark sheets
• One recent passport size coloured photograph 
• Category certificate (If belonging to reserved category)

Candidates can fill and submit the VEE application online with e-payment or can download the online form and submit it offline. Application forms can also be purchased from the institute on cash payment of application fees. Candidates are provided here with the complete procedure of filling the application form in online and offline mode. It is advised that candidates fill the form carefully as incomplete applications will not be considered and can get rejected. 

Steps to Fill Online VEE Application Form 2025

• Open the official website of the institute
• Click on VEE 2025 Application form
• Register using the required details to complete the registration
• Fill the detailed application form
• Upload scanned images of photo and signature
• Pay application fees using a credit/debit card or internet banking

The application form will be automatically submitted after the successful payment of application fees. Candidates need to download and take a printout of the filled application form. It is advised that candidates keep safe the print copy of the application form as it will be required at the time of the admission process.

Steps to Fill Offline VEE Application Form 2025

Candidates can either download the VEE application from the institute website or purchase the form from the institute admission office by paying the application fees in cash. Steps to fill the offline application form is as follows

• Open the institute website
• Click on the "Download VEE Application form link
• Download and take a printout of the application form
• Fill in all the required details mentioned in the VEE application form
• Get a demand draft of INR 550 from the bank in favour of Registrar, VISTAS payable at Chennai
• Post the filled application form with all the required documents and DD so as to reach the institute office within the specified dates.

NOTE: VEE Application form purchased from the office do not require the DD as application form fees are paid while purchasing the application form.

The institute does not provide the facility to make corrections in the filled online application forms. It is thus advised to be careful while filling the application form. In case any information filled in the VEE application form is incorrect, candidates need to write to the institute through email requesting the correction in detail.
