JEECUP Counselling 2026: Round 7 Seat Allotment (Out), Admission Steps

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has announced the JEECUP 2026 seat allotment result for round 7 on the website- jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Students who get a seat in this round will have to pay the fee and report to the allotted institute before the deadline. Candidates who miss the deadline will lose their claim to the allotted seat. The last date for fee payment based on round 7 allotment is September 7. Candidates have to complete the document verification by September 8.

Candidates who are allotted seats in the JEECUP counselling must complete the document verification process to confirm their admission. Shortlisted students have to report to the verification centres with their original documents and self-attested photocopies. While reporting to the institute, candidates need to carry their JEECUP admit card, rank card, application form, mark sheets, domicile certificate and certificates. The number of seats and reservations are subject to change under government orders until the counselling begins. As per the UP Government rules, the candidates belonging to reserved categories are eligible for a seat. These categories are:

1. Vertical Reservations:

• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of General Category - 10%
• Other Backward Classes (OBC) if they belong to Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) - 27%
• Scheduled Castes (SC) - 21%
• Scheduled Tribes (ST) - 2%

2. Horizontal Reservations:

• Persons with Disability (PwD) (minimum 40% disability) - 5%
• Freedom Fighter - 2%
• Ward of Military personnel - 5%
• Female Candidate - 20%
