DEE Nagaland Application Form 2026: Date, Steps-by-Step, Details Required

DEE Nagaland Registration 2026

The first step is to complete the registration process of DEE Nagaland using personal details. 

• Candidate Name: Name of the candidate must be as per the Class 10 certificate. This field will be auto-filled based on the information furnished by the candidate in the registration forms. 
• Date of Birth: This field will be auto filled based on the information furnished by the candidates in the registration form. 
• Gender: This Field will be Auto Filled on the basis of the information furnished by the candidate in the registration form. 
• Father’s Name: Enter your father’s name as per class 10 certificate. 
• Religion: Select your religion from the drop down (Christian/Hindu/Sikh/Buddhist/Pagan etc.). 
• Nationality: Select 'Indian' for India. For any other country, select' others. 
• Permanent Address: Enter your permanent address if different from correspondence address. 
• District: Select your district of residence from dropdown. 
• City/Village: Enter your city/village name. 
• Mobile number: This field will be auto filled on the basis of the information furnished by the candidate in the registration form. 
• Email Address: This Field will be Auto Filled on the basis of the information you filled in the registration form.  

Uploading Scanned Image of Photograph 

Candidates need to upload a scanned image of photograph in the DEE Nagaland application form. The photograph should be between 10 to 200 KB in size.  

Filling Academic Details 

The next step after uploading documents, candidates need to fill in their academic details in the DEE Nagaland 2026 application form.  

• Select the education qualification 10th Standard/HSLC Examination under the Education qualification tab. 
• Select the Board from where you have passed/pursued your 10th/12th class. 
• Enter the year of passing/appearing. 
• Enter the Board Roll Number (10th or12th). 

Filling Institute Preference 

Applicants need to select the institute where they want to take admission from the Institute Preference 

drop down menu.  

• Select the Course from Course Dropdown. 
• Click on the save button to save the selected preference (s). 
• Click on submit button to lock the preference and Navigate to the next page 

Payment of Application Fee 

In the next step, candidates need to pay the DEE Nagaland application fee online. The application fee of DEE Nagaland is INR 300. Applicants can pay the DEE Nagaland application fee by transferring the amount to the Department Account details 

Candidates can refer to the information below for reservation policy details. 

• 15% reservation shall be made for Backward Tribes based on One Tribe One Seat as per merit in the Diploma Entrance Exam. 
• 10% reservation shall be made for the women candidates. 
• 5% special reservation shall be made for Differently able candidates with valid documents. 
• Out of the remaining seats, 90% of seats will be reserved for ST Indigenous of Nagaland and 10% of seats will be reserved for General Category against the following Courses: (Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology and Fashion Design & Apparel Production).
