Rajasthan JET Dates 2025: Counselling Pre PG, Result, Cutoff, and Other details

The exam conducting authority releases the official dates of release of the Rajasthan JET Agriculture online form on official portal. The notification is released in March in online mode.  

The application form of Rajasthan JET Agriculture is mostly filled out between March and April.  Applicants are advised to prepare for the exam as there will be very little time to prepare for the exam.

Rajasthan JET 2025 Result probable date was July 25, 2025, as per the official notification released on JET website for JET, Pre PG, and PhD. The JET Result was released in online mode for all the candidates who appeared for the Rajasthan JET 2025 Entrance Exam. 

In most cases the application process for Rajasthan JET starts in March. Therefore, it is advisable for all the students to go to the site to check out the application process details, to fill form and other important dates and events related to the exam. No one can take the exam without submitting the application form.

The Rajasthan JET entrance exam is for those who want to pursue Undergraduate degree programmes in Allied Science and Agriculture. These courses are provided by the State Agriculture/Veterinary Universities of Rajasthan (SKRAU, Bikaner; MPUAT, Udaipur; Jobner; Jodhpur, Kota, SKNAU, AU and more universities (private) in Rajasthan for Agriculture subjects.

The Agriculture University, Jodhpur is the exam conducting authority that releases both notification as well as the application form of Rajasthan JET in online mode. 

The notification was for the Rajasthan JET Exam is tentative for the second week of March. The participating candidates are suggested to fill in the application form after checking the eligibility criteria along with the rules and conditions of form filling such as recommended internet browser, required documents and application fees. 

Students who cleared their Senior Secondary Class 10 and 12 exams from the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer, or other recognised statutory boards are considered eligible for participating in JET in Agriculture. The eligible subject combinations will be:

• Agriculture

• Biology

• Chemistry

• Mathematics

• Physics

These combinations can again be depicted as ABC, PCM, PCB, PCMB, PCA, etc. To appear for the test, candidates must have passed all these subjects in Science or Agriculture streams with a minimum specified marks requirement, which usually is 50% for general categories and 45% for reserved categories.

Those candidates who wish to appear for the state-level exam, Rajasthan JET will be able to study various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Agriculture, Food Technology and Dairy Technology.

Once, a student clears the Rajasthan JET Exam they should know that admission to all programs depends on their rank and merit. Once, the written examination is over, candidates need to appear for the personal interview after the group discussion round. Also, to study any undergraduate and postgraduate course, students need to pass the Rajasthan JET Entranc Exam. 

Agriculture University, Jodhpur, is the exam conducting authority that releases both the notification and the application form of the Rajasthan JET exam. The form is released in online mode.

Applicants are advised that before filling the application, they must check the eligibility criteria, rules and conditions of form filling.

There will be total of 200 questions which will be asked in Rajasthan JET Agriculture exam. Since there will be five subjects from which questions will be asked in the exam. 40 questions will be asked from each subject. 

4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Applicants are advised to attempt the carefully in exam as there is negative marking in the exam. 

The release date of the Rajasthan JET 2026 Admit Card will be out in the fourth week of June 2026. The admit card for the JET 2026 Exam will be released a few days before the exam is conducted.  

Students who appear for the Rajasthan JET Exam will be eligible to apply for government jobs like account officers, lekhpal and more job profiles offered by government departments, PSU Making part of the Rajasthan JET Exam and other organisations.

For Admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/ B.Tech. (Food Technology): Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects are essential at 10+2 level. Candidate with 10+2 Arts and Commerce stream are not eligible for JET Examination.
Candidate may attempt any three subjects in JET examination out of the above five. But those who want admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) and B.Tech. (Food Technology) do not have any choice and must attempt only PCM (Physics,  Chemistry & Mathematics). 

The starting date for the Rajasthan JET 2025 Application form was May 6, 2025, and the end date for candidates to complete the application process was June 5, 2025. The application process was held in online mode.
