Students who cleared their Senior Secondary Class 10 and 12 exams from the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, Ajmer, or other recognised statutory boards are considered eligible for participating in JET in Agriculture. The eligible subject combinations will be:

For Admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/ B.Tech. (Food Technology): Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects are essential at 10+2 level. Candidate with 10+2 Arts and Commerce stream are not eligible for JET Examination.
Candidate may attempt any three subjects in JET examination out of the above five. But those who want admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) and B.Tech. (Food Technology) do not have any choice and must attempt only PCM (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics).

Rajasthan JET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Here is the eligibility for students who wish to appear for the JET 2026 Exam. They must meet these criteria before applying for the Rajasthan JET Application Process.
- Educational Qualification: Students must have passed their Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or Mathematics as their main subjects from a recognised board.
- Minimum Marks Required: Students who belong to the General category must get 50 per cent, and SC/ST/PWD students must get 45 per cent marks.
- Age Limit: Participating students must be below 25 years of age as of January 1, 2026.
- Domicile Requirement: Only candidates residing in Rajasthan or those who have completed their last three years of study at a school in Rajasthan are eligible (exceptions apply for reserved categories).
