The university offers more than 25 courses in various fields.  To get admission to the CDLU, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the college. For a UG degree, candidates must complete Class 12 and for a PG degree, aspirants must complete graduation. National Testing Agency will commence CUET 2026 registration in first week of March. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration will be notiifed aling with the last date for payment of fee. 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

The University has released overall placement statistics for PG (2-year) courses such as MBA, MBA,8 MCA, etc. Out of 718 PG (2-year) students who graduated in 2021, 2 were placed successfully. The admission to BA courses at CDLU is based on the scores of CUET UG. Only a candidate who meets the required eligibility criteria and has a valid CUET UG score can apply for BA admission at CDLU. Based on the scores in CUET UG, the university prepares and releases a merit list containing the names of shortlisted candidates. Hence, one can not get a direct admission at CDLU for BA.

Yes, CDLU provides various BSc and BSc (Hons) courses. These courses are offered through the CDLU University College, CDLU University School for Graduate Studies and the colleges affiliated with CDLU. The duration of BSc courses at the university is either three or four years, depending upon the specialisation chosen. The admission is based on a merit list prepared by the university based on the results of CUET UG. Some BSc courses available at CDLU are BSc in Computer Science, BSc in Medical Science, BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, etc.

The last date to apply for CDLU BA admission varies from year to year. This is because the admissions are based on the CUET UG result. CUET UG result 2024 has not been released yet but is expected to be released soon. Hence, interested candidates must timely submit their applications on the official website of CDLU. As per the academic calander available on the university's official website, the admission cycle for 2024-25 will close on July 20, 2024. It must be noted that this date is subject to change and hence, is indicative.

The University has disclosed the combined placement data for all the UG (3-year) courses. As per the NIRF report 2022, a total of 88 UG (3-year) students graduated in 2021. Out of these, only 3 were placed during 2021 placements. Further, the median package for UG (3-year) courses stood at INR 1.20 LPA. Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU), Haryana is NAAC accredited government university. It offers many courses to the candidates who want to take admission in CDLU. The annual tuition fees for the B.Tech course is INR 160000. The fees for the B.Tech course is quite affordable as compared to the B.Tech courses of other colleges. The eligibility criteria for the students who want to join the B.Tech course is that they must have scored more than 45% marks in their 12th board examination or any other equivalent 10+2 examination from any recognised education board of India. A total of two MBA courses are offered namely, MBA General and MBA Hons at Chaudhary Devi Lal University. The eligibily criteria for the course is graduation with a 55% aggregate. To enrol for MBA course at CDLU, candidates must sit and appear for CMAT entrance exam. 

Yes, MBA course is available at Chaudhary Devi Lal University. CDLU offers a two-year MBA course at the PG level. To be eligible for the award of the degree, candidates shall complete the course in a maximum period of two years from the date of enrolment for the first semester of the course. Candidates must pass graduation (common eligibility) to apply for the MBA course.

In case a candidate decides to withdraw his/her admission in a particular programme offered at CDLU, the following fee refund conditions will apply:
(i) If a candidate leaves any programme, the entire fee deposited by the candidate will be refunded upto September 30 after deducting processing fee of INR 1000

(ii) If the admission of a student is cancelled by the college, for no fault of his/her, the dues
paid by him/her will be refunded

(iii) Caution money/Security Deposit is refundable if application is received by December 31 of the year of the completion of course.

The total student intake for BA at CDLU is 190. The university also offers various BA courses through its affiliated colleges. The total number of BA seats including the seats at the colleges affiliated with CDLU is 11,421. This further gets divided among the BA specialisations offered at various colleges.
