The flagship course of AAFT is the BSc in Cinema offered by the Department of Cinema. BSc in Cinema at AAFT School of Cinema enables the students to gain a critical understanding of the art of acting and cinema as a whole. BA in Cinema, BA in Fine Arts, BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, BA in Event Management, BA in Hospitality & Tourism Management, BA in Photography, are some of the specialisations offered under BA at AAFT University. BA admission is based on AAFT Global Exam, an online aptitude test conducted by the university followed by a personal interview from the AAFT Expert Desk (telephonic/video-conference/direct). However, candidates must first qualify for the course-wise eligibility criteria as per admission guidelines issued by the AAFT University.
The institute offers 10+ certificate courses in fields such as animation, music, and film. AAFT Admission Process and Important Dates 2025
Admission to all AAFT courses (UG, PG, integrated, diploma and others) is entrance-based. For admissions to AAFT, students must appear for AAFT GEE (AAFT Global Entrance Exam). Once the students clear the test, they need to appear for a personal interview round (direct or online). Eligible candidates can register online by visiting the official website of the university, fill it with requisite details and submit it. Students can also collect the form in person from the campus counselors.
For Bachelor’s degree programs and diploma courses, students who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (Class 12) from any recognised board of education such as CBSE/ ICSE/ IGCSE/ IB and State Board, can apply for admission. The total tuition fees for three-year BHM programme at AAFT is INR 4 lakh for whole tenure of programme. The total amount includes tuition fees hostel fees and examination fees. The hostel fee amounts to about INR 4.68 lakh. This also includes a registration fee amounting to INR 20600 to be paid when applying.
