B.A. (History, Economics, Politics) - Batch of 2024
Offered by Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College
3.6
After joining this course I have seen a tremendous improvement in my own capabilities.
Placements: Since I'm from an arts background we usually don't go for the placements and packages. The purpose behind joining this arts HEP is to gain the conceptual clarity and knowledge for the core subjects, so that this knowledge can be used in competitive exams, like Civil, SSC, etc.
Infrastructure: To be very honest the facilities are average what I have experienced during my college days needs to be improved. The library is there and we can take books out. The canteen is available and the food is good and edible. This college is very good for sports, and NCC course students go through good training.
Faculty: Especially for my course there are many curriculum activities. During my college days we really had good time because of a supportive environment (teachers). Teachers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with any useful suggestions for the career.
Other: I have chosen this course to prepare for Government exams. I think it is the best college for students with an arts background. All events and activities are conducted too.

B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2026
Offered by Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering
3.8
A very good college in Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The faculty is quite good.
Placements: This year we have got a very good placement, which might be an average package. But most students of our class got placed in companies. The highest package at an overall college would be 50 LPA. While coming to our branch, it's around 7-9 LPA, the highest package. The lowest package is 2.5-3 LPA. There are many companies, such as TCS, Infosys, Amazon, and other top companies, as well as small companies, for chances to get placed. Internship percentage would be 20-30%, and most of them are waiting for call letters.
Infrastructure: We have our department library and also the overall college library. Classrooms are nice and enough for students who are joining now, but if there is any increase in the number of students joining, the classrooms might not be enough. Faculty quality is good and supportive. While hostels are our college hostels, they are pure veg and good food, and many of our students prefer hostel food over canteen food. In sports, students are performing well. After 2:30 PM during college hours, every student is invited to play any games. We have our college gym and media platform.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and have very good knowledge. Curriculum, I think it's not good because I think they need many changes in subjects, class timing, performance, etc. Semester examinations are not that difficult, but they are quite good at testing the knowledge. Pass percentage would be arround 80%, I think.
Other: I did my diploma in EEE as I am very interested in electrical knowledge, so I continued with my graduation in EEE. I think many important subjects were missing in our college system, and also, they are rushing when time gets near the exam schedule, students are unable to catch up on the topics at that time. They need to be clear and well-timed in class scheduling. While coming to events right now, they are very good. When I joined, we used to have strict rules towards them, but now we have a great opening towards events.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2028
Offered by Sir C R Reddy College of Engineering
3.0
College provides good information, and everything is fine.
Placements: If you look at our college studies, it's not a big deal, but companies don't pay much, and the package is also low. Top companies rarely come here. The college atmosphere is fair. Everything is good.
Infrastructure: If you look after it, the games are fine. The hostel is also better. It would be good. The canteen is always good, you can go anytime. It's always a bit windy outside. Medical facilities are always available, and sports are also good.
Faculty: Teachers are good. There are teachers with qualified knowledge, some are not, and not all are knowledgeable. The curriculum is also not good, a little battery in semester exams also gives a good percentage. Everything else is fine, college is going to be great. The faculty is also good. It offers a lot of courses. Artefact Science and two other courses are also good.
Other: Here, events don't happen much, they happen once a year. Scholarships don't matter. The campus is nice. Here, extracurricular activities happen occasionally.
