The age limit for appearing in NCHMCT JEE 2026 is 25 years for General / EWS / OBC candidates and 27 years for SC / ST / PwD students as of July 1, 2026.
Candidates must have passed or be appearing in 12 or equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2026. The exam has no minimum marks requirement.
In the MAH HM CET 2025, a total of 35 candidates registered, with 27 appearing for the examination. This indicates an attendance rate of approximately 77 per cent. The exam was conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, for admissions to postgraduate hotel management programs .

Eligibility Criteria for Hotel Management Courses
The minimum qualification required to study Hotel Management courses in Class 12. The selection of an aspirant in government-approved hotel management colleges and institutes is done through entrance tests at the national level. One of the most popular entrance exams to secure admission in a hotel management course at the graduation level is the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE). NCHMCT JEE is conducted in April every year.
The test comprises of multiple-choice questions in English, Reasoning Capability, General Science, and General Knowledge. Candidates who successfully clear the entrance examination are called for personal interviews and group discussion rounds to judge the personal aptitude and personality of the candidate.
