What is UGAT?

AIMA Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a common entrance exam for admission to undergraduate programmes such as Integrated MBABBABCA and BHM and other courses. UGAT exam is conducted in a paper-based test mode by the All India Management Association (AIMA). UGAT tests candidates on their knowledge of English, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge and Numerical & Data Analysis. The candidates have to mention their preferences at the time of filling out the UGAT application form.

Step 1: Fill in the application form

Aspirants willing to appear for UGAT need to register themselves for the exam by filling out the UGAT application form 2025. The registration form can be obtained either online or offline by making a payment of INR 750/-. Candidates can choose to pay through any of the following modes:

  • Cash
  • Credit Card or Debit Card 
  • Net Banking
  • Demand Draft 

Step 2: Download UGAT admit card 2025

UGAT 2025 admit card is released online and test-takers need to download it from the official website. Candidates must ensure that they carry a printout of the same to the exam hall. 

Step 3: Appear for UGAT 2025

UGAT 2025 was conducted in the paper-based test mode across various test centres in the country. The duration of the exam will be two hours and candidates can expect questions from English Language, Numerical and Data Analysis, Reasoning and Intelligence, and General Knowledge. 

Step 4: Check UGAT result 2025

UGAT 2025 results were announced on the official website. To check the same, candidates need to visit the official website and login using their roll number and form number. Candidates are advised to take a printout of the same.

UGAT Test Cities 2025

UGAT 2025 test centres list will be available on AIMA's official website. The test centre for UGAT 2025 will be available in the application form window as well and candidates will be required to mark their choices from the list to appear for the exam. UGAT 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

Mentioned below are some of the UGAT exam day guidelines that the students must adhere to:

  • Candidates must visit the exam centre at least an hour before the exam begins.
  • Candidates must carry two coloured copies of the UGAT admit card.
  • Candidates must bring a ballpoint pen to the centre. Other gadgets such as digital watches, statistical tables, calculators, etc. are not permitted in the exam centre.
  • Candidates must carry their personal transparent water bottles to the exam centre.
  • Candidates must not indulge in any sort of malpractice. If caught, they will be barred from taking the exam.

UGAT 2025 Application Form

UGAT 2025 registration is an online process. The UGAT 2025 application form was released on the official website of AIMA UGAT. Students who wish to appear for the AIMA UGAT 2025 exam are required to fill out the UGAT application form online. The UGAT application process includes the following steps:

  • Creating a new user profile by filling out the UGAT registration form with details such as name, date of birth, gender, email ID and phone number, etc.
  • Filling out the complete UGAT application form using username and password.
  • Paying the UGAT application fee via credit/debit card, internet banking, UPI, demand drafts or other banking wallets.
  • Uploading the required documents in the prescribed format.
  • Downloading and printing the UGAT application form.

Candidates registering for UGAT 2025 must ensure that they check the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. Candidates must note that applications that do not comply with the UGAT eligibility criteria will be rejected by the officials.

  • The candidate must have cleared Class 12 from a recognised board.
  • The aspirants should have secured at least 50% aggregate at the Class 12 level.
