Oberoi STEP registration process started. Candidates planning to appear for Oberoi STEP 2026 admission session can fill the application form. The registration process will end in April. 

Oberoi STEP application form is available online only. As per the official guidelines, no offline applications will be accepted for Oberoi STEP 2026 exam. Things Required for Oberoi STEP Application

Candidates will have to provide the following details along with their application form while applying for Oberoi STEP:

  • Class 10 and 12 mark sheets

  • Bank details for online payment through Debit card, Credit card, NEFT, etc

Q:   What is the syllabus & exam pattern for the Oberoi STEP?
A: 
STEP (Systematic Training and Education Programme) is a three-year programme for students who are between 18 to 20 years of age and have completed or are about to complete class XII. STEP offers comprehensive on the job training in Kitchen operations or hotel operations (Front Office / Food and Beverage Service focus and Housekeeping focus) at selected hotels of The Oberoi Group. Alongside training, STEP also facilitates education through a correspondence Bachelor's degree in Tourism Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Upon completion of STEP including the undergraduate studies from IGNOU, you are eligible to join The Oberoi Centre of Learning and development OCLD or Oberoi Central Employment Register OCER. The application process for STEP begins in February each year. STEP takes admission through Group Discussion and Personal Interview only. There is no entrance exam for STEP. Therefore, for STEP, you need to just work on your communication skills and prepare the current affairs well. 2. Fill Oberoi STEP Application Form

The next step is filling out application form. On the official website of Oberoi STEP 2026, candidates need to select STEP programme and sub-programme. Thereafter, they must enter all their personal details as well as educational qualifications.
