The IIHm eCHAT 2025 eligibility criteria are as follows:

1. Pass in Class 12 examination or its equivalent with English as one of the Subjects.
2. Those appearing in Class 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in e-CHAT 2025
3. Upper age limit: 22 years

Candidates can apply for IIHM eCHAT 2025 in online or offline mode as per the steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Get IIHM eCHAT Application Form

For online applications, candidates can fill out the form on the official website of the exam. For the same, candidates first need to register themselves by entering details such as email ID and password (to be chosen). For offline applications, candidates can either get the form from any IIHM campus or download it from the official website of the exam.

Step 2: Fill IIHM eCHAT Application Form

Some of the details that need to be filled in the IIHM eCHAT 2025 application form are:

• Personal details including name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, religion, parents’ mobile numbers

• Contact details including permanent and correspondence address, phone number, email ID

• Guardian details including full name of the guardian, address, occupation, email ID, phone number

• Academic qualification of Class X and XII including school name, board name, year of passing, percentage secured

• Preference for IIHM exam centre and exam date

• Preference for IIHM campus

• Signature

• Photograph

Step 3: Pay IIHM eCHAT Application Fee

Candidates applying in the online mode can pay the application fee through debit card/credit card/net banking.

Candidates applying in the offline mode can pay IIHM eCHAT 2025 application fee by cash/ cheque/ DD in favour of International Institute of Hotel Management payable at Kolkata/ Delhi/ Pune/ Bangalore/ Jaipur/ Hyderabad/ Ahmedabad/ Goa.

• Application fee: INR 600/- 

Step 4: Submit IIHM eCHAT Application Form

Candidates applying in the online mode can submit the form in by clicking on the Submit button.

Candidates applying in the offline mode can submit the form in person or by post to the respective IIHM campus.
